Location and price
Staff was rude, sheets had burn holes, no blanket on the bed, not enough towels, no bath mat, door didn't lock properly, not enough pillows, never got my $50 deposit back!

The location
The lobby was dirty, the staff doesn't have any public service etiquette, they charged me more than my reservation confirmation said, there were no towels, wash rags, or hand towels. None of the channels worked on the TV and the breakfast made mine and my son's stomachs hurt all day. The beds were hard and it was noisy all night

I liked location and price. That's it.
The staff was rude. Our room had cigarette burn holes in every sheet and the blanket on the bed plus there were black stains all over the sheets. For a king bed we only got 2 very small pillows and when we asked for more they gave us 2 with no pillowcases. The room was a handicap accessible room and the door look was broken. The safety latch was busted off and the plate for the door lock on the door frame was broken as though someone had kicked the door in and never repaired it. Every hallway wreaked of Marijuana. I got food poisoning from their breakfast which was a complete joke! When I asked for another blanket because we only had sheets on our bed, I was told that there was a 1 blanket maximum and then I had to go to Walmart to buy my own blanket.
Ac didn’t go below 70. Pillows sucked. Staff was hard to find. Lobby was clean but the rest of the hotel was dirty
Nothing.
The bathroom was dirty, the bed had burn holes in them, the carpet was stained up, it was a no smoking room that smelled like nothing but smoke, it was blunt buds in the windows and I left in the middle of the night because there were bugs crawling on the side of my bed. The bed was also very hard.

Our room was not clean. It had an old toothbrush and belongings from the previous guests, no shower head, no curtain, smelly, tv did not work, and the pillows were soggy
It was in the area we needed and it was quiet.
There was a sticker on the shower wall of a happy face smoking weed. (I thought was funny) We had 3 pillows that were completely flat. The towels that was left in the room looked to be the ones for the pool with the blue stripe and barely big enough for a child to use. May wanna change out mop heads for the entrance and elevators. You may wanna make sure the window has a cage on it or can't open. Fyi
The lady didn’t give me my deposit
The lady who was working was so sweet and tried her best to make things better
Breakfast was terrible, didn’t have milk for cereal and it just wasn’t maintained well and was dirty. Our room door was like broken? You had to lift up in order to get the door open. The microwave didn’t work, couldn’t get the cable in the room to work and the whole place just smelled funky. Like I said the lady who checked us in was wonderful but that’s the only good thing out of that whole experience.
