Great stay
Pros:

Nice modern clean well kept facility with very friendly and attentive staff. My room was quiet, and having a ceiling fan way a great feature. Felt very much like a gone away from home.

Great stay, excellent staff, comfortable rooms
Pros:

I’m having a great stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Richmond-Chester. The room is clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

All the staff have been very welcoming. I especially want to mention April at breakfast—she’s been very friendly and attentive, and really makes you feel at home.

The location is convenient, and the breakfast has a good variety. Overall, I’m really happy with my stay and would definitely come back again.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Location: Homewood Suites Richmond-Chester

Atmosphere: When entering the hotel, I noticed that the hotel grounds were well kept and free from any litter. Upon entering the hotel lobby, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and front desk area. We were greeted immediately and given our room key cards quickly without any hassle.

Rooms: My family checked into a 2 bedroom suite. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and stocked with all the essentials. The beds were very comfortable.

Service: All staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I want to give a shout out to Ms. Tywanda Jackson. She was the staff member who prepared the breakfast. My family and I were very impressed with the variety of breakfast items served. Tywanda made sure hot foods were kept up to temperature and fully stocked for the entire breakfast. I have been to many hotels that offer complimentary breakfast but this by far was the best ever. I will definitely return to this hotel. Please inform Tywanda Jackson to keep up the good work.
