Overall is ok.
Pros:

Very good location, close to Train Station and shopping mall

Cons:

Receptions were all way busy, have to wait so long when you want to contract them.

We were extremely disappointed with the hotel service. Some of us didn’t have our passports with us, but we had photos of our documents. The hotel staff immediately said they couldn’t check us in. We had to insist and check with a senior manager—it turned out registration was possible. While we were arguing, the hotel staff member called us "laowai," which I find very disrespectful toward foreigners.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Mit Taxi, Bus oder U-Bahn hat man beste Anbindung. Geschäfte und eine Mall liegen quasi um die Ecke. Das Hotel ist gut gepflegt, die Teppichböden neu und die Betten sind groß und sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte für Europäer reichhaltiger sein. Da z.Zt. wieder mehr Menschen aus dem Westen kommen, wird sich das aber sicher wieder verbessern.

お得に泊れて便利
Pros:

・ロケーションが上海の外灘などの中心地に近いため、タクシーで15分以内で主要な場所に行けます。
・値段がとにかく安かったです。1人あたり5000円くらいで泊まれました。
・ベッド2つの部屋でも有料でベッドを1つ追加すれば、3人で泊まることができました。

Cons:

・建物や設備が少々古いと感じることが多かったです。ただ、ロケーションと値段を考えると妥当でしょう。
・英語が話せる従業員が限られているので、中国語ができない方は翻訳アプリなどを使って対応する必要があります。
・問い合わせのメールに対する返信が遅かった。

Персоналу необходимо быть брлее внимательным .

Отель находится недалеко от торгового центра, достаточно хорошего, и метро.

Cons:

Сначала заселили в номер, где пахло сильно сигаретами, попросили поменять, поменяли .
Не было воды на завтраке, приходилось просить. На столах разные напитки, кроме воды .
Самое главное что испортило впечатление!!! В последний день подошли на ресепшен показали билет на поезд и спросили с какого вокзала нам уезжать . Девушка все проверила , посмотрела в компьютере номер поезда и сказала нам не верный вокзал!!!! В итоге мы потеряли деньги за билеты, время и изрядно понервничали, когда приехали не на тот вокзал . Не понимаю как так можно было не правильно посмотреть?
