Хороший отель рядом с метро
Pros:

Отель рядом с метро и большим ТЦ. Просторный номер, красивый вид из окна, вежливый персонал, регулярная уборка, балкон. Привлекательная цена, а с соотношением цена/качество/расположение - замечательно. В номере есть чайник, вода добавляется ежедневно, ванная. Любезно разрешили оставить на несколько часов продукты в холодильнике и багаж до вечера после выезда. Завтраки - шведский стол- разнообразные, присутствуют универсальные: яичница, круассаны, тосты, есть и местные специалитеты.

Cons:

Когда закончился шампунь в дозаторе в номере предложили подождать до завтра. Пришлось выразить недовольство, принесли гель для душа. На следующий день шампунь так и не добавили. На просьбу льда сослались, что после 17 ресторан и бар закрыт

Pros:

Отель находится в очень приятном районе. Номера чистые, завтрак просто отличный! Несмотря на минусы, мы хорошо провели свой отпуск.

Cons:

Номера староватые. Самым неприятным моментом был запах ковра, который мы сразу заметили при заселении. Но по просьбе нам предоставили ключ от балкона и после проветривания стало лучше.

Не очень понравилось за такую цену.
Pros:

Уборка каждый день, чисто. Приносили новую воду, даже если мы не использовали ее, в конце у нас стояло 6 бутылок воды.

Cons:

Самый ужасный завтрак в моей жизни. Я ела только фрукты и тост с яичницей. Больше ничего мне не понравилось. Еда часто холодная, кофе тоже так себе. Видно, что отель пожил жизнь, в номере кое-какая мебель потертая и скрипучая. В ванной плитка с плесенью, не очень приятно. Странная система душевой системы, не сразу поняли как ею пользоваться. Очень шумный кондиционер. Окно не открывалось.

We were extremely disappointed with the hotel service. Some of us didn’t have our passports with us, but we had photos of our documents. The hotel staff immediately said they couldn’t check us in. We had to insist and check with a senior manager—it turned out registration was possible. While we were arguing, the hotel staff member called us "laowai," which I find very disrespectful toward foreigners.

Rundum prima!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Mit Taxi, Bus oder U-Bahn hat man beste Anbindung. Geschäfte und eine Mall liegen quasi um die Ecke. Das Hotel ist gut gepflegt, die Teppichböden neu und die Betten sind groß und sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte für Europäer reichhaltiger sein. Da z.Zt. wieder mehr Menschen aus dem Westen kommen, wird sich das aber sicher wieder verbessern.
