Localização e tamanho do quarto.
A porta do banheiro de correr estava muito dura e para fechar tinha que por muita força. A porta do box fechada quando tomava banho alagava o banheiro, nem dava para tomar banho descalça porque na hora de sair ia pisar na água suja.
O quarto só tem ar condicionado e não era o inverter que você coloca para aquecer o quarto. Fiquei no quarto 119, no andar térreo e é muito frio lá no mês de julho. Passei frio.
Gostei de tudo. Fui bem recebida, quarto confortável, ótima limpeza, café da manhã delicioso.

Atendimento do funcionários. Demonstraram não precisam de qualificação para atendimento com os hóspedes.
Inclusive só nos ofereceram camas de solteiro, sendo que a reserva era para 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro

O colchão era meio mole no quarto triplo, depois vi que o outro colchão era mais durinho.

- Sai e achei do ladinho do hotel no BH Supermercados tapioca recheada por 12,00
A limpeza estava impecável, e o hotel é muito aconchegante. A localização também é de fácil acesso. O café da manhã também é delicioso.
