Everything was good

The person who checked us in was a young female who yelled at my husband when we were checking in. He went into the closed kitchen area just to see the weather report playing on the TV that was on and was reprimanded for being in the “closed area”. We asked for extra towels and also received a rude response. Later that evening we noticed how kind and flirtatious she was with male customers checking in.

Il a été arrogant et prétentieux me disant qu’il sait comment faire sa job. Plus tard il m’appelle pour admettre son erreur et créditera le client sur sa carte de crédit.

Rooms are not cleaned during your stay, no matter whether you lodged for a week or 6 months. They only plan on cleaning the rooms after you're checked out. Not great

I honestly don’t even know where to start with how disappointing this place was. First off, the staff were beyond rude. I asked for room service, and they flat-out denied it without any reasonable explanation. Same goes for my request for a late check-out – completely turned down, no empathy or effort to accommodate me.

The pool? Don’t let the pictures fool you – it’s tiny. The photos online make it look like a decent-sized pool, but when I got there, it was basically a glorified puddle. Definitely not worth the hype.

Breakfast was another disaster. No cheese, no variety, just basic options, and the waffle machine? Good luck. There was a huge line, and it took forever just to get one. You’d think they could’ve added a few more machines or at least something else to make it more worth it.

Lastly, the staff uniforms were so ill-fitting it was almost laughable. They looked like they were wearing clothes two sizes too small, which didn’t exactly give off a professional vibe.

Honestly, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible service, misleading amenities, and just overall a bad experience. Save your money and go somewhere else!!

Very nice and quiet environment.

Bon accueil, chambre spacieuse avec deux lavabos et deux grands lits confortables. Ils ont respecté nos demandes spécifiques. Le personnel est accueillant. De bons produits pour le déjeuner. Le seul bémol est le tapis dans une partie de la chambre mais c’était propre et pas de senteur désagréable.

Very accommodating!

I LIKED THAT THE RESTAURANTS WERE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME $55 TO CHECK IN EARLY, I WAS MEETING UP WITH FAMILY AND WOULD NOT BE RETURNING UNTIL AFTER 10 PM AND IT WAS 1PM WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE SITE. I HAD BEEN TRAVELING FOR 4 HOURS .
