This hotel is well cared for (inside and out) and the staff helpful and friendly!
Pros:

The location was easy to find; great parking AND excellent Mexican restaurant nearby. The breakfast was good. Not a ton of variety but what was there was good. The staff was friendly and helpful!

For our visit to Mayo it was very good.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and begins early, allowing us to eat breakfast before our 7:00 a.m. appointment at Mayo. It is outside the city; 15 minutes south of Downtown. There is morning traffic and detours downtown to get to Mayo when coming from the south so allow extra time (June, 2026). The only nearby dining is a Mexican restaurant nextdoor which was very good for dinner.

Cons:

We wanted to connect to streaming services on the TV and were unable to.

Excellent hotel and access to Rochester Mayo facilities.
Pros:

The eggs were excellent but didn't like the sausages. I like the option of having waffles and pancakes too. It's nice that you have coffee available all the time. Yogurt is a nice treat.

Cons:

Would definitely stay here again!!

I thought it was wonderful at a very reasonable price.
Pros:

It was really nice and clean. It was quiet. There was ample parking. I was not able to stay for the breakfast. I don’t know what it was like before the remodel but it looks like a brand new hotel.

Cons:

Nothing.

The restaurant right behind the hotel was the best part of my stay!
Pros:

I had requested a first floor room. At check in I was given a 3rd floor room. The staff member told me they had no first floor rooms available. I explained why and he spent time making a first floor available for me. I greatly appreciated his effort and willingness to help me.

Cons:

It was fine, the facility was fine, nothing special.
