Hôtel au riche passé mais proposant le confort du XXIe siècle.
Pros:

Le cadre est très beau, plein d'histoire. De plus, l'hôtel propose un parking (payant). Enfin, il est très bien situé dans Arras. Nous avons également dîné deux soirs : les menus étaient fort sympathiques.

L’emplacement, centre proche de la gare

Cons:

Équipement, ( notre)chambre vieillotte, équipements obsolète, on a dû changer parce qu elle ne correspondait pas à la catégorie de la chambre réservée ( très loin des photos affichées sur booking)

Dit is een oud pand. Je kan dan ook geen hyper moderne kamers verwachten'

Lovely tradional hotel minutes from the town centre
Pros:

Lovely quiet location in the centre of Arras.
Traditional style hotel including kettle and bathrobes and good breakfast selection.
Set dinner menu was very good value with wide choice of wines etc.

Prima locatie maar geen 4 sterren hotel, ik zou hier niet heen gaan.
Pros:

De locatie is top, je loopt zo het centrum in. Geen geluidsoverlast. Lekker ontbijt met vriendelijke medewerker. Parkeerplek voor de deur

Cons:

Het was bloedheet op de kamer door de verwarming, deze kon niet uit. Heel erg vervelend. Ramen moesten open maar werd daardoor licht in de kamer. Klein tweepersoonsbed. Erg gedateerd zijn de kamers. Muffe geur in het hotel. Kan wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer kleinen Straße in einem ehemaligen kirchlichen Gebäude. Sein Auto kann man gegen Vorreservierung in einem mittels Schranke geschützten Innenhof parklen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, was umso erfreulicher ist, wenn man bedenkt, welchen Schaden deutsche Soldaten in zwei Weltkriegen in dieser Umgebung verursacht haben. Das Frühstück bietet alles , um gut in den Tag zu starten. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und das Badezimmer verfügt sogar über eine Badewanne.

Cons:

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war nicht besonders schön.

La situation en centre ville.

Cons:

Chambre 1 , lit non fait serviettes en vrac dans la salle de bain..... chambre 2 , mansardee peu pratique, odeur d egout, le lavabo qui secoulait très mal , pas de canal plus ni d autres chaînes tnt, on s attend à mieux pour un 4 étoiles.
