great for a stop over on the way through france
Pros:

perfect right in the centre of arras

Cons:

nothing ..in hindsight would have requested a lower room because of bulldog!

Nice hotel breakfast worth the stay.
Pros:

This is a well located hotel near a central plaza buzzing with food options, handy as the main restaurant in the evening was closed.
It’s a little tired decor wise but the room was large( deluxe double) and clean. Twin sinks. Really good shower.
Evening check in staff for the 13th July really helpful ( youngish man and woman ..apologies as didn’t get names)
There is parking on site but payable. Worth it in my opinion.
Breakfast AM was really good. Freshly scrambled eggs, mini sausages, croissants, yogurts, juices, cheeses, cold meats etc etc. coffee from machine not the best but drinkable.
For a stop over or a few nights a nice hotel…would I recommend? Yes.

Cons:

For the price nothing much to dislike although it is a bit shabby..ie carpets on stairs etc ..replace and first impressions go up a notch!

Lekker, voldoende variatie en keuze

Zeer warm op de kamer, ventilator was aanwezig maar onvoldoende om temperatuur naar beneden te krijgen om goed te kunnen slapen

Bien grâce a une personne à l'accueil Caroline charmante et arrangeante pour notre demande ,
Pros:

On nous avait attribué une chambre sous les toits petite sans climatisation , télévision défectueuse avec que des rideaux sans volets . Après ma demande auprès de la réceptionniste , nous avons récupéré une chambre beaucoup plus adapté mais sans climatisation puisqu'il n'y en a pas dans tout l'hôtel !

Cons:

Il est a croire que de passer par booking et ce malgré le prix 121 € fait qu'arrivé sur place on nous octroie une chambre qui n'a rien a voir avec les photos , constat fait sur déjà plusieurs réservations ! Je dirais heureusement que nous avons eu un changement de chambre et que l'hôtel a pu le faire car celui ci n'était pas complet
