Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Saubere und komfortabel ausgestattete Zimmer. Preis- Leistung in Ordnung.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Sauber und komfortabel eingerichtetes Zimmer. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.

Cons:

Einziges Manko war, dass unser Zimmer (Nr. 118) im Dachgeschoss ist und wir keinerlei Aussicht hatten. Wir schauten auf das unmittelbar angrenzende Dach des Nachbargebäudes. Hier hätte man uns ggf. ein anderes Zimmer geben können, auch wenn wir nur eine Nacht dort waren.

Very noisy . Neighbours loud TV and barking dog. Other guests having a good time late at night. The sound seemed to carry in an unusual way.

Pros:

Parkeerplaats bij het hotel en ruime schone kamer ,wel vergane glorie

Cons:

De afvoer van de douche en de afvoer van de wastafel stonken enorm en liepen niet goed door na flink spoelen verdween de stank.
De ramen hebben we opengezet en deze waren lange tijd niet schoongemaakt.
Het mag best op zijn Frans zijn maar een beetje schoner zou fijn zijn .

We hadden een heel mooie ruime kamer met een heerlijk bed. De locatie ligt dicht bij het centrum..

Cons:

Niet alle kamers zijn met een lift te bereiken. Wij konden deels de lift gebruiken maar moesten vervolgens nog een trap nemen om bij onze kamer te komen.

Bel environnement de charme. Literie confortable et salle de bain spacieuse

Cons:

Pas de volet mais des rideaux qui ne permettent pas l’obscurité complète

L'accueil par un monsieur charmant pour le check in. Possibilité de déposer la voiture au parking (réservé à l'avance pour 10€) dès notre arrivée trop tôt pour le check in de la chambre. Également depot anticipé des bagages. Hôtel avec bcp de charme. Très bien situé pour visiter Arras

Cons:

Le jour du départ, la dame de l'accueil était bcp moins sympathique. Check out à 11h, on a demandé si on pouvait laisser la voiture encore un peu au parking : seulement jusqu'à midi nous a t elle dit... Un peu chiche, le parking était d'ailleurs totalement vide quand on edt revenus à 12h prendre l'auto !
