Pros:

Usytuowanie hotelu, wszędzie blisko, dobre śniadania w restauracji z widokiem na morze. Nasz pobyt był w trakcie karnawału i nawet tak głośno nie było. Szybkie windy.

Cons:

Na minus zapach w pokojach i to, że jeden z pokoi nie był na czas uszykowany.
Ten zapach to może wilgoć, może nie czyszczona klimatyzacja. Wynajmowaliśmy dwa pokoje obok siebie. W jednym był zapach w drugim nie. Brak troski o klienta. Ubrania wróciły do Polski z nieprzyjemnych zapachem.
Podczas naszej wycieczki zaplanowaliśmy podróż do Parku Palmitos, ale nikt nas nie ostrzegł, że na Gran Canarii jest alert i w tym dniu lepiej zostać w domach. Na ulicach sami niedoinformowani turyści, którzy tak jak my nie otrzymywali informacji o alertach. Ale w komunikacji miejskiej tak samo. Gdy zapytasz o pomoc to 100% otrzymasz odpowiedź, że NIE. Nikt nie podpowie, gdzie wysiąść czy gdzie skręcić. Zachowania lokalsów takie jak m.in. brak uprzejmości odstraszają żeby tutaj wrócić.

Incroyable pour un hôtel 4* ! On est très déçu de cet hôtel.
Pros:

l'emplacement ( bus à proximité pour les excursions)

Cons:

J'ai une prothèse du genou . malgré ma demande :
- pas de chambre avec douche - uniquement des baignoires
- 20 marches pour accéder à l'accueil de l'hôtel - pas d'ascenseur , pas d'aide pour porter les valises non plus
- pour accéder à la piscine , il faut monter 2 étages à pied par un escalier très raid( l'ascenseur s'arrête à l'étage n° 23 - la piscine se trouve à l'étage n° 25 !!!
- le balcon de la chambre est inutilisable - pas de chaise ni de table ...
dernière remarque : pas de chaines télé internationales
