Great and Comfy place to stay.
Pros:

Stay with family of 4 for one night, reception and checkin was welcoming, friendly and supportive with info. the hotel seems a bit dated but it is well maintained, the staff very friendly and helpful. the area is quiet, and feels rather safe. walk for 15 minutes and you'll be in the town centre or Gibraltar airport. Breakfast was included and it offered variety of good quality food. Will think of staying here if I come back

Pros:

Las señoras de la limpieza eran muy amables

Cons:

Todo en general, muy viejo, muy caro para lo mal que está conservado, con hormigas hasta en la cama, las bañeras te resbalabas, muy mal, no se parece en nada al de las fotos.

Nada, no volveremos

Cons:

Está muy viejo, había hormigas, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación, comprar insecticidas, pero seguíamos igual, el bidet pegado a la ducha y no se podía utilizar, la televisión a más de 5 metros de la cama imposible verla, porque era diminuta, de 32” o así, la cama con la forma de otros cuerpos, las almohadas olían a saliva de otras personas, tuvimos que comprar unas nuevas en el bazar. Las fotos que tienen puestas son de hace 30 años por lo menos, porque ninguna habitación se parece a la de las fotos, son totalmente diferentes, con bañera todas en la que cuesta un huevo meterte y salirte y las TV pequeñas, el ascensor se atascaba y sin servicio muchas veces. No es un hotel cómodo, está todo muy muy viejo.
Por otro lado en recepción se hicieron un lío con el cobro y nos cobraron 1 habitación de más y para recibir el reembolso estuvimos 3 días…no nos gustó nada, no es recomendable. A parte el barrio y en general La Línea está abandonada por su ayuntamiento y da miedo dejar el coche en cualquier barrio.

Pros:

La habitación era limpia, cómoda y funcional. Tenía lo suficiente.
La cama era muy cómoda.
La ubicación no era centrica, pero suficientemente cerca y zona tranquila.

Cons:

Que la piscina estaba en reforma, pero lo entendemos.
