Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr komfortabel, gute Lage, Ruhig und sehr freundliches Personal. Hunde sind willkommen.

Cons:

Die Einfahrt (Ausfahrt) ins Hotel-Parking ist für grössere (längere) Autos fast nicht zu schaffen. Die Radien der Einfahrtrampe sind äusserst knapp bemessen!

3rd visit...and suits us when travelling to Santander to get a ship to UK.

Pros:

Tout est parfait : la chambre , le petit déjeuner exceptionnel , l accueil , le très grand calme .

Cons:

Обслуговування персоналу на рецепції, хто працював 09.05.26. Сьогодні вранці в нас на 08:30 год. було придбано квиток на автобус в Мадрид, так як після обіду мали рейс в Варшаву. Нам відмовили в сніданку, запропонували тільки каву і коли ми попросили на 08:05 год. викликати таксі, спочатку на рецепції сказали, що викликали, ми чекали до 08:16 год., потім нам дали номер телефону і порадили самостійно телефонувати і замовляти таксі самостійно іспанською.

Pros:

Muy cuidadas todas las instalaciones , la habitación tal y como se ve en las fotos , muy limpia y con detalles de llegada, agua , albornoces.. etc
Su ubicación muy cómoda en la entrada a Palencia pero con centros comerciales a 100 metros , podías encontrar de todo. Y para entrar al centro de la ciudad era solo un paseo , además de el coche autobús o taxi.

Good hotel and perfect for an overnight stop on f travelling back to Santander ferry
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Underground parking is a bit tight on the ramp but managed to get a large car in. We travelled with our dog and you don’t get charged. Restaurant was good. It’s about 15 minute walk into the main centre which isn’t too far.
