Very nice stay.. spent 4 nights with family.. staff were very accommodating..
Pros:

Rooms were bigger than usual.. location was excellent and close to restaurants and beaches .. if your driving

Cons:

Bathtub and shower needs a little attention.. but not terrible

We stayed due to plumbing issues in our home and this became a comfortable home away from home.
Pros:

We were very comfortable and everything was clean but what stood out the most was how friendly all the staff were.

Cons:

Some of the room furniture, like sofa and carpet, can be updated. The room had a bit of a musty smell and it might’ve been because the carpet looks pretty old.

Chamala front desk was great!
Pros:

Chamala was absolutely wonderful and welcoming when I came to check in. She was able to accommodate my family. Andrew would highly recommend visit visiting as long as she’s there lol thank you for all your help. Truly appreciate it.

Great service and location
Pros:

The staff was amazing from the check in Ms. Angela and the morning staff Ms. Martha and Mr. Alvero (the chef). Nobody ever makes my eggs the way I like them right but Mr. Alvero nailed it on the first go. I really enjoyed my stay as did my guests. Thank you Hilton I was very impressed.

Great staff!
Pros:

What an excellent location! Close to anything you might need, but Brent at the front and Dede are such wonderful and kind people- they contribute to the atmosphere and overall chill vibes. You can tell they’re good at what they do because all the other guests I came across were also just as cheerful.
