Personalet var veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig

Cons:

Mugg i dusjen. Såpedispenser, hånd, shampoo og balsam, var skitten. Hard seng. Tv var vanskelig da alt var på italiensk. Savnet basseng da det var langt unna stranden. Litt lang gåavstand til tog/ restauranter

Great stay!
Pros:

Staff were great and got us checked in nice and quickly. We made a mistake with our booking but the staff very kindly changed our room type at no extra cost. Staff explained how to get to lucca centre and all about where to go which was really helpful
