The staff from the reception!

Cons:

The room was on the ground floor, where it was extremely cold, and you could constantly hear the door between the hallways (when it was slammed). It would be helpful to install a different type of door. The bathroom needs urgent improvement: the shower stall is about to fall apart (it looks more like a improvised shower).

L'hôtel est bien placé pour visiter à pied la ville. Le parking de l'hôtel est gratuit. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres.

Il manquait une bouilloire dans la chambre.
