Рядом с центром, минут 15 пешком. Возле отеля супермаркет. Парковка большая. Постельное белье и сам номер чистые. В целом хорошее место для остановки при посещении центра города и Пизы. Кондиционер работает отлично.
Полотенца хоть и чистые но запах уксуса довольно сильный, даже не знаю с чем связано. Шторы имеют коричневые пятна неизвестного происхождения))). В душе есть плесень. Дверь в туалет имеет уж очень большие щели). Сам номер (19 м²) рассчитан максимум на два человека, мы были втроём и это было очень неудобно.

REWELACJA, z czystym sumieniem jesteśmy w stanie polecić to miejsce.
Traktowaliśmy hotel jako bazę wypadową do Cinque Terre, Florencji, Pizy i okolicznych gór Alpy Apuańskie.
Hotel jest świetnie zlokalizowany, blisko do centrum handlowego i dyskontu. W nocy cicho i spokojnie, ale dalej jesteśmy w stanie skorzystać z nocnego/wieczornego włoskiego życia. W pobliżu kilka smacznych restauracji (zdecydowanie polecamy Pizzeria Il Grano D'oro). Zastanawialiśmy się nad noclegiem w Pizie albo Florencji, ale było ponad 2x drożej, podróżując autem nie robiło nam to różnicy. Lukka też jest bardzo bardzo bardzo pięknym miastem.
W hotelu czeka na nas olbrzymie i wygodne łóżko, wydajna klimatyzacja (byliśmy w hotelu w czasie kiedy upały regularnie przekraczały ponad 40°C) i codzienny serwis sprzątający.
Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje Pani Ewa z Polski pracująca w hotelu. Można ją spotkać na śniadaniach :) Bardzo serdeczna i pomocna osoba. Świetnie zna okolicę, sporo jest w stanie doradzić i pomóc. SERDECZNIE POZDRAWIAMY :)))
Jajecznica powinna być lepsza :) Często była już bardzo sucha i miejscami przypalona. To jedyny minusik.
Struttura appena fuori Lucca funzionale per aereoporto di Pisa a circa 20 minuti. Parcheggio gratuito e reception h24. Atterrati a Pisa a tarda notte abbiamo fatto check in alle 1,30. Camera grande e pulita.
Abbiamo avuto una tripla al piano terra ma lo sportello della cabina doccia non chiudeva perfettamente ed usciva un po’ di acqua. McDonald praticamente attaccato alla struttura con movimento fino alle 3 di notte e finestre non tanto insonorizzate.

Cheiro a esgoto, wc todo velho e duche tão antiquado que todas as torneiras vertem. Água espalha-se pelo chão. Pó por todo o lado. Nunca estive num hotel tão mau, para 4 estrelas .
Abbiamo trovato una blatta nella stanza ma la ragazza è stata gentilissima ha subito cambiato stanza che era pulita
