never going to stay here. not a 4 star hotel. id give it 2.5 with 0 star service on the front desk.

the lady who was at least nice was the one who assisted our family. She has black hair. But the blonde hair senior lady was mean to me and my whole family. i feel i had better treatment at a low end hotel than this hotel that is claiming to be 4 stars. When i had to cancel a taxi, the lady who is blonde hair in the reception rolled her eyes. When i was asking for a spoon. she had to say "SPUUUUUN" like i she is trying to spell it out. The hotel can be ok but the blonde lady made the experience worse. we are not expecting a basket of sunshine. but at least not being treated that we are asking for so much. it felt like NAZI like to be. apologies for the language but it did. The plug was even out of the sucket which is dangerous. The airconditioning is not working. very hot. When we had to ask for something to the staff. the only person who can assist was the lady with the black curly hair.

Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile. La stanza spaziosa ed il letto molto comodo

Cons:

La qualità della colazione nn era eccellente. La porta del bagno è a vetro e senza reale chiusura con privacy nulla. Presa elettrica solo da un lato del letto, telecomando del televisore nn funzionante (per spegnere ho dovuto togliere la spina) , aria condizionata molto rumorosa. Prezzo non adeguato
