Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le personnel est accueillant et très agréable. Le service est de grande qualité.

Cons:

La vue de ma chambre n’était pas jolie: elle donnait sur un très haut mur et il fallait se pencher pour voir le ciel.

Great hotel for business or pleasure close to Picadilly!
Pros:

Excellent, location close to picadilly and Mayfair, many restaurants and coffee places close by, friendly staff, nice facilities.

Cons:

The shower system works well, but is a bit confusing when using it the first time.

Breakfast was fabulous. Staff absolutely wonderful. Room had all the amenities required and more also exceptionally clean. Our spa treatments were gorgeous so relaxing.

Not among the best Sofitels / Poor value for the cost
Pros:

The hotel is housed in a beautiful building; most Sofitel perks and details are present, but amenities are limited. The gym is very small, and some equipment was out of service. I paid nearly $700 USD per night, and it feels like the value for money falls short compared to other Sofitel hotels: Amsterdam (Grand), Mexico City, Singapore, Abu Dhabi, Buenos Aires, among others. As an Accor Platinum member, I was “upgraded” to a room that had a terrible view—basically a wall. There are no true blackout blinds; the sunlight woke me up every morning.
