Honteux des voleurs
Pros:

Très mauvaise expérience. J’avais réservé cet hôtel via Booking.com car l’annonce précisait qu’il y avait une baignoire dans la chambre, ce qui était un critère essentiel pour moi. À mon arrivée, j’ai payé sur place en espèces. Une fois dans la chambre, j’ai constaté qu’il n’y avait pas de baignoire, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué dans la réservation.

Je suis immédiatement redescendue à la réception, j’ai annulé mes deux nuits, et l’hôtel m’a remboursée en espèces sur-le-champ. J’ai donc quitté l’établissement sans y séjourner. Pourtant, deux jours plus tard, j’ai découvert qu’un montant de 1200 dollars avait quand même été débité sur ma carte bancaire.

Je trouve cette situation inacceptable. Entre l’annonce trompeuse et le prélèvement malgré une annulation et un remboursement confirmés sur place, cela donne une impression de manque total de sérieux. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

Location was perfect! Central for ease of moving around and with a little one returning back and forth as needed.

Cons:

Nothing about the property, would be great if the parking they recommended was closer, but we got a discount there so alls well that ends well.

Cons:

My room smelled like wet carpet and old. I told them about it and offered to move my room. Since I had to travel with minors I had to decline the offer. I had made the request for adjoining rooms weeks prior. A little planning ahead would had went a long way.
