Une valeur sure
Pros:

L'hotel est très confortable et bien situé.
Une mention spéciale à l'équipe de la reception et en particulier à Madame Béa qui procure un service exceptionnel au dela de toute attente ! BRAVO !

A bit disappointing

Breakfast was good

Cons:

The cleaner came around 4 pm! I was getting ready for an event so I needed the room, she said she was going home at 5 so nobody did my room, I had to do it myself.

Hotel tranquilo a las afueras de Alcalá de Henares
Pros:

El hotel está situado al lado de la autovía, con lo cual el acceso es muy fácil y con poco tráfico en las calles de acceso. Alejado algo del centro, también está en una zona muy tranquila. Dispone de aparcamiento subterráneo (de pago) lo cual es una ventaja a la hora de descargar y cargar equipaje; también, por lo menos para nosotros, es importante saber que el coche está bajo cubierto y cerrado en un lugar seguro. El desayuno es bueno y abundante. El personal de recepción, muy amable.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación parecía no funcionar correctamente, con lo cual fue complicado quitarnos de encima el calor. Abrir la ventana no fue una solución, ya que hacía más calor en el exterior que en el interior de la habitación, a pesar de todo. La música ambiente en el comedor, durante el desayuno, nos pareció que estaba a un volumen demasiado alto, obligándonos a levantar un poco la voz si queríamos hablar entre nosotros.

Muy limpio y cómodo. Habitaciones silenciosas. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

Algunas mesas de la zona de desayuno están demasiado juntas entre ellas. La presión de estar la camarera recogiendo poco antes de cerrar (10:00am) se hace incómodo.
