Conociendo Mérida
Pros:

Es una antigua mansión o convento, con estancias amplias, una piscina en el patio, el comedor del desyuno tiene algunas mesas en el patio, y es muy agradable. Hay un valet que se encarga de aparcar el coche, porque el parking no está en el mismo local, y luego lo trae cuando lo necesitas. Está muy céntrico, y cerca de la catedral y zona de ambiente, para ir pasenado.

Cons:

No hay ascensor; y para las plantas superiores, según que equipaje lleves, se echa de menos. Necesita un poco de remodelación, y comparado con otrso locales similares en la zona, el precio es más elevado.

Lovely boutique hotel. Very clean. Located very conveniently. Staff were super friendly.

Cons:

Bar hours not great. Free margaritas not at all good. Coffee was too much money and not great quality.

Good location, pleasant stay, we enjoyed the pool.
Pros:

The common areas are nice and we enjoyed swimming in the pool on a few of the afternoons. The staff were friendly. We had some very cute towel animals created by the cleaning staff.
The location is good - just a few blocks from the cathedral and historic center.

Cons:

The rooms are a little tired, and the pillows were quite hard.

Like being home , plus a swimming pool 😊
Pros:

Location and exquisite staff. They really made the difference and made me feeling like home. Wonderful hits for restaurants, tours, locations. I stopped used internet as they knew always more 🙂

This is a wonderful historic hotel to relax at. Courtyard is gorgeous and staff are top notch.

Cons:

Cet hôtel n’a rien d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, il est d’ailleurs noté 3 étoiles sur Google. Les chambres sont petites et sans ouverture sur l’extérieur. Très peu d’entretien, la climatisation est vieille et extrêmement bruyante. De loin le moins bon hôtel qu’on ait fait pendant nos 2 semaines au Mexique.

The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. The location was amazing.

The hotel was immaculate. The beds were comfortable, but I just wish they would have a more comfortable chair to sit in in the room.

El area del patio y la recepcion

Cons:

No nos ayudaron con las maletas en el check out. La ropa blanca era muy fea y de baja calidad. La habitacion era oscura. El baño antiguo y feo. Volvimos tarde y aun habiendo avisado tuvimos que esperar en la calle bastantes minutos a que nos abrieran y el barrio donde esta ubicado es muy feo.

The place has character and some of the staff were friendly. Close to where we wanted to visit. The overnight staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

Beds are not comfortable. The place needs to be updated. The bathrooms are not very clean. Basic necessities are not offered i. e. Conditioner , coffee or tea.
