Great old fashioned style. Very spacious. Quet location. Helpfull staff.
Nothing
The place has character and some of the staff were friendly. Close to where we wanted to visit. The overnight staff were helpful and friendly
Beds are not comfortable. The place needs to be updated. The bathrooms are not very clean. Basic necessities are not offered i. e. Conditioner , coffee or tea.
Location was near a lot of shops and restaurants and the valet parking meant that there wasn’t any issue with parking. The room was clean and quiet, pretty basic room which was great for us to use as we spent most of the time outside of the hotel seeing the area.
I don’t have any complaints.
Yes it was close to main square and a few restaurants. Grounds lovely.
room was dated, toilet seat cheap and moved all the time, generally the food at breakfast only adequate.
O
Central, Staff careful to all our necessities and very kindful. Vallet parking assistance.
Ubicación perfecta
The hotel staff were a highlight. Everyone was deeply attentive, we even got laundry hand delivered to the room.
I personally loved that this hotel is quite hidden from the street (you wouldn't think much of it until you walk through the front door to the central courtyard in the photos). Very picturesque!
Very central location, close to the main Plaza Grande, and a 20min walk to the 'posh' area of Merida. Although you're much closer to the Gastro Museum with delicious food - must try cochinita pibil if you visit Merida!
The room was good, air con as well as a ceiling fan. Specious shower and bathroom. It could do with some modernising - the charm is that the hotel was at some point a nunnery, so expect dark wood furniture/headboard etc, perhaps a little dated to some.
We loved Merida, and one of the highlights was the Uxmal tour booked by the hotel (no need to book in advance, we arrived late about 7pm to check in and still managed to book the tour for 8am next morning.
As mentioned the room could feel a little dated, but that's the charm. It feels very authentic.
My son’s room was really excellent. Our room had a musty smell but they let us change and the room they placed us in was much better and very comfortable.
Proximité du Centre . Hotel avec du charme
Petit déjeuner à revoir
