La ubicación
El desayuno es muy pobre.
Le lieu est magique, les chambres typiques. Les équipements et literies sont ok. L'emplacement à 2min à pied de la place centrale. Le parking avec valet gratuit. La piscine est top et bien agréable. On entend pas du tout la ville. Le rapport qualité prix est très bien. Bon petit déjeuner.
It’s a beautiful old monastery in the heart of Merida. We loved staying here.
The staff here are amazing. From the moment we arrived they could not have been more helpful. I’d come back again just because of them.
Some of the facilities are a little old, but that’s ok. It was well worth the money.

Pool is not really clean. Walls of pool are not properly cleaned. Such a pity
Location and very friendly staff. I could easy park my car at the opposite of the street. After unloading the baggage, an employee of the hotel parked the car at a secure parking (valet parking). The room was comfortable but but aging. The location is very close to the city center, restaurants, bars and shops.
When i first arrived I was a little unsure! However the charm grew on me. It’s a historical hotel and the rooms are a little dated but it is all part of the hotels charm. The pool area is perfect to hide from the heat. Maybe a few extra beds would help though?
We had breakfast one day and it was a little underwhelming.

El personal es muy amable, la atención fue magnífica. Esta muy bien ubicado a unas calles de la explanada y varios restaurantes. En general el hotel esta muy bonito
No me agrado que el aire acondicionado hiciera mucho ruido, de ahí en fuera todo estuvo excelente!
