Perfecto alojamiento para una escapada a Toronto
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta y servicio super atento. Nos ayudaron desde con reservas de restaurantes hasta gestión de tacos. Los cuartos limpios y amplios

Cons:

Sofá cama no demasiado cómodo y se trataba de una habitación para 2 adultos y dos niños de 12 y 15 años. Lo mismo ocurrió con otra familia donde tenían tres niños y les dieron dos camas supletorias que también eran bastante incómodas

It would have been an overall nice stay if it wasn't for housekeeping.
Cons:

Housekeeping didn't always come so we had to track down coffee and cream. The biggest concern was one day housekeeping left our door open which we discovered when we got back after our day exploring the city. Luckily, nothing was stolen.

Buen hotel en el puerto viejo
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal de los desayunos, todos encantadores y predispuestos a agradar. El desayuno, a la carta y súper flexible. El tamaño de la habitación, con dos camas grandes separadas en dos habitaciones, un mini office y el baño con ducha enorme maravillosa. La calefacción, la chinenea y la smartv. El albornoz y las zapatillas. La ubicación. La tranquilidad de la habitación.

Cons:

La pignoración al llegar de 1500 euros por el total de las noches, habiendo pagado ya una por adelantado. La falta de amabilidad y de atención en recepción. Nuestras peticiones no se atendían correctamente. La crema suavizante del pelo no se reponía, tampoco los albornoces o el ajuar del office. Las almohadas son variadas pero muy duras.

Good location and bad customer service
Pros:

Great location in Old Montreal that was close to many restaurants, which was good as the one in the hotel never seemed to be open. Saw it open once evening in our 5 day stay for a private event, otherwise not at all and could never eat there

Cons:

Housekeeping kept all their carts parked outside our room (#515) so the noise started very early and continued throughout the day. If you enjoy a 6:45 wake up from banging and visiting and wearing earplugs while on vacation I guess it’s okay, wouldn’t go back personally. Also - absolutely ZERO flexibility in ANY later check out, which we have never experienced in all the countries we’ve traveled. Didn’t even inquire how long we may need, no was the immediate answer and multiple others also commented same in lobby during check out.
