Pros:

Location and friendliness of all the staff. Close to good restaurants. Restaurant recommendations by staff were outstanding and just what we were looking for.

Belle découverte d’un hôtel plein de charme dans le vieux Montréal
Pros:

Tout était parfait du personnel à la taille et qualité de la chambre sauf…

Cons:

La lampe de chevet qui avait un problème et s’allumait en pleine nuit comme un stroboscope. Étant scellé dans la tête de lit impossible à débrancher. L’hôtel s’est excusé et l’a déconnecté le lendemain pour la deuxième qui était parfaite.

Excellent weekend at le Saint Sulpice
Pros:

The suite was magnificent! Three rooms on the ground floor, opening out to a winter courtyard - just lovely. The queen bed and the sofa bed were both very comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Le Saint Sulpice is located in a great spot in Old Montreal and I would love to stay here again.

Pros:

La chambre était très grande et l emplacement super pour visiter le vieux Montréal

Cons:

Le lit de nos enfants était dans un état pitoyable. C’est un convertible, les enfants dormaient à même les ressorts, insupportable! La personne a l’accueil n’était pas du tout agréable, et cet établissement ne pratique pas le paiement sans contact! Ce qui est très compliqué quand on n’a que la carte bancaire du téléphone.

Delightful, stylish and friendly hotel.
Pros:

I loved the staff, so helpful. When you arrive, there is a modernised but very attractive older style decor with a beautiful fragrance. The breakfast room out the back is really comfortable with great decor. Coffee is good. The room is very spacious with all needed amenities. Location is perfect in the old town. It’s a hotel with character and lovely staff.

Cons:

Sugar free yoghurt for breakfast would be nice.

I would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Location could not be better, the hotel was right behind Notre Dame and within walking distance to so many things. The staff were exceptional. Always attentive, friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was excellent as was the quality of the food.

Cons:

I found the lighting throughout the hotel to be very harsh. There was not nearly enough light in the halls or rooms, especially at night.
