Loved it.
Pros:

The people were great! Welcoming. Valet parking was nice too. The real gem was the room. Quiet, clean, roomy, perfect for 3. One of us in the pull out couch. We will return.

Pros:

Very nice staff. The placement is fantastic.

Cons:

The shower has grime and mold at the bottom of the shower door
I removed it with a kleenex. The breakfast was not good. Everything was cold . The coffee and the service were good

Emplacement parfait de l'hôtel et personnel vraiment accueillant et disponible
Pros:

Situé dans le Vieux Montréal, à quelques mètres du bord du Saint-Laurent. Parfait pour une étape immersive dans cette ville à découvrir en quelques jours.
Le personnel est super sympa, toujours souriant et à notre disposition. J'y retournerai sans aucune hésitation

Séjour et endroit magnifique!
Pros:

Le personnels, la grande suite spacieuse et bien équipée, cuisinette complète. Nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner tranquillement dans la suite.
Le lieu dans le vieux Montréal! Idéal pour une visite du musée Pointe à Callière, le Vieux Port et le Centre des Sciences.

Pros:

We were disappointed in our stay. Everything was fine, but also kind of bleh. We expected more from a 4 stay hotel at these prices. It felt more like a 3 star hotel. The staff were quite unfriendly and unhelpful which detracted from our stay.

Cons:

The staff could have been a lot of friendlier and more helpful.

Une belle escale confortable à Montréal !
Pros:

La chambre était très agréable pour nous, car disposait d'un espace séparé pour notre fils. La propreté était parfaite, la situation au calme et l'équipement idéal. Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment très aimable et disponible, et aussi très efficace pour nos demandes. La possibilité de parking pour la voiture est vraiment un avantage.

Comfortable, spacious stay in an excellent location, with a few minor check-in hiccups.
Pros:

The room was very spacious, including the bathroom, which made our stay especially comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable, and having a kitchenette was a huge plus, particularly since we were traveling with a toddler. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Old Montreal, with easy walking access to cafes, shops, restaurants, and the Old Port.

Cons:

We had requested a crib prior to our arrival, but the check-in process ended up longer than expected. Our key card did not work when we got to the room, so we had to return to reception. Staff informed us the issue was due to the door battery and accompanied us back upstairs to open the door with a master key. Maintenance came afterward to fix the door lock. This all happened late in the evening after a long drive from Toronto with a toddler, which made the situation more tiring.

Once inside, we noticed the sofa bed had been prepared instead of a crib, so we had to request the crib again and wait for it to be set up. We also requested an extra set of towels since there were three of us but only two sets provided. This request took some time and required a follow-up.

Although staff were polite and did address our requests, the overall arrival experience did not feel smooth, especially after a long trip with a toddler. These were relatively small things, but it would have been helpful if the crib and sufficient towels had been prepared in advance, or if an alternative room had been offered given the door issue, to avoid multiple disruptions after arrival.
