Très bel hôtel
Pros:

L’accueil, l’emplacement, la décoration, le confort de la chambre et qualité du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner compris ne nous permettait pas d’avoir une boisson chaude et un jus, nous devions choisir entre les 2 et cela nous a surpris.
Nous voyageons beaucoup dans des établissements similaires et c’est la 1ere fois que nous avons eu à faire ce type de choix.
Les quantités dans les assiettes étaient différentes d’un jour sur l’autre par exemple une assiette avec 2 pancakes d’environ 25 cm de diamètre à 1 pancake d’environ 20 cm de diamètre le lendemain. Les pailles qui fondent au contact du chocolat chaud et des serviettes de table synthétique qui donne un effet bas de gamme. Pour ce type d’établissement c’est dommage.

I make a reservation for 2 rooms with 2 beds and one bed was a sofa bed not to comfortable at all.

The view from the penthouse was amazing and it was a great location overall

Great location. Room was spacious.

Cons:

It was noisy at night. But it was a compromise for the location. Parking my 7-seater was also a challenge as the valet was not able to take the car.

Excellent, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Ticks all the boxes.
Pros:

Hotel entrance and warm welcome by staff on arrival.
Beautiful spacious suite with exceptional facilities.
Comfortable bed and linen. Plenty of wardrobe storage.
Beautiful soaps, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom, relaxing bath with nice bath towels and robes.
Concierge staff were friendly with a mass of local knowledge, we appreciated all help they gave us from bookings to showing us directions on maps.

Overall, enjoyed our stay because of location, comfort of room and the helpful hotel staff.
Pros:

I like the location in Old Port because it is close to the Jazz Festival venues and the Fireworks Contest. Room was not as well lighted as I would like and not sure why a full-length mirror is near the exit door since there is no light there. The housekeeping staff did a great job.

Cons:

The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was good most days, but their version of scrambled eggs leaves a lot to be desired. I loved the salmon and bagel option. One female server was outstanding, but the days of her absence showed. The other servers were either in training or not invested in their work. In fact, one male server provided our breakfast on chipped plates and a coffee in a chipped cup. The chipped plates and cups should not be found in a hotel at any price level.

Fab location and comfortable .
