The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location excellent and the room was very comfortable and clean

The location was excellent in the Old City easy to walk through and within walking distance to downtown Montreal

Das Bett ist für 2 Erwachsene zu klein, dass à la Carte Frühstück ist nicht unsers. Klimaanlage ist sehr laut.

Wonderful and friendly hotel. Incredible location
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. We had an amazing room with a kitchenette and a huge living area that we could put the travel cot in, while also having a separate bedroom for us.

The staff were all very friendly, from the reception, concierge to the valet and waiters. They were all so accommodating, particularly with our 13 month old baby.

The hotel is in an incredible location, right around the corner from the stunning Notre Dame Basilica (highly recommend the Aura light show that is currently playing there). It really is in the heart of the old town.

Pros:

Emplacement fantastique ! Le personnel est agréable et la chambre moderne et spacieuse.

Cons:

Le hall d’entrée est à refaire ! Il donne une mauvaise impression à l’arrivée. C’est vraiment dommage.

A little bit on the higher end in terms of pricing, but well worth it. I will do it again.
Pros:

The concierge was exceptional. He gave us such great service from the moment we stepped in to the hotel. He made it easy. Arriving at a hotel in an hour Street not knowing where to park to unload our baggage, he was right there, he opened up a spot for us, took out a baggage, parked the car, and got us into the hotel, installed our luggage away since we had arrived a little early. That is amazing Service. I travel a lot and you don’t get this everywhere. This man deserves a raise.
The room was amazing, and the breakfast which we had purchased included was out of this world. The location was perfect 10 to 15 minute walk maximum to all the attractions that we wanted to go to.

Cons:

Faltan elementos de aseo de cortesía. Un poco acelerado el check in, hace falta más información. El restaurante está cerrado los lunes-no sé si otro día también
