Convient to everything.

Rooms were not cleaned daily
The only positive part of our stay was the professionalism, calmness, and respect shown by the Fort Wayne police officers who responded to the situation. Unfortunately, everything else about our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing.
We booked five rooms for six nights and requested more than two weeks before arrival that all rooms be together. The hotel confirmed this in writing, but our rooms were placed on three different floors.
More importantly, when I politely asked to speak with a manager, I was shouted at, threatened with eviction, and the police were called in front of eight children. One of the children was crying, and the others were frightened.
No manager ever contacted me, and no apology was ever offered.
The hotel was also not clean. The carpets had a very strong unpleasant odor, and our room had a terrible smell.
This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was reasonably close to our convention center. The staff was friendly and answered our questions very well. It was easy to get to off of I 69. There were several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
We didn't like the fact that we had to get our own towels and washcloths each day.
Was here for work booked 3 nights. Project pushed and cancelled until further notice, called same day to cancel and was informed I would be charge for the one night and that’s it. Still haven’t been refunded the two additional nights.
I like that it is so close to a lot of different places to eat and to the highway. The staff were so nice and very considerate. The breakfast was so good and the breakfast staff I didn't get her name but she kept everything clean and filled, very good at her job.
The pool was a bit chilly but it wasn't too bad. The only problem I had was at the "deep end" of the pool there are two drains. I got cut on both of my feet from them. So did my daughter. Literally that is the only thing.

couldn't get the TV to work. staff was supposed to come and look at it, but they never showed up.
Clean, easy layout, breakfast was standard. I would stay here again. If you are looking at this BW and the one over by Lutheran Hospital/Coventry area… stay at the i69 DuPont location instead. I stayed at the Coventry one last time I was in town and everything was dirty.
The bed and on my side had a huge/hard like dent or dip in it, which lead to me sleeping in the middle and my SO sleeping on the edge. Parking lot was weird. There wasn’t any soap put in the bathroom other than 1 bar and one tiny thing of shampoo and we stayed 5 nights.
Staff was friendly, the facility was clean and in good repair and the room was large. There were good choices for breakfast and the hot food was hot and fresh.

Great location. Convenient to shopping and places to eat within walking distance. Great people all around. Megan was so sweet. My wife and I slept late and missed breakfast on our first morning . Instead of telling us “too bad”, Megan made us two heaping breakfast plates.
