Very comfortable room! The beds are great! The breakfast it fantastic. The staff is top notch. So friendly and considerate! We have stayed here many times and will continue when returning to Newberry.
The only difficulty we have is with opening the parking lot doors with the room key.

I have absolutely no idea how this is rated Excellent. I would rate it fair/good at best. Pool was dirty w debris/dead bugs. Needs to be skimmed way before debris has time to sink to bottom of pool. Toilet was unsealed on the bottom and moved if not careful. Some kind of a white-ish spray was on the lamp base and mirror...very nasty. The room smelled of dirty dank socks and cheese. Desk areas felt sticky,we placed a towel to not have to feel it. The whole area seemed very deserted. Staff was nice though.
I booked a room with a king-size bed but was given a room with two queen beds without any explanation until I complained. On top of that, the TV and bedside lamp didn’t work, and there was a strong musty smell and dampness in the room.
The staff was exceptional and answered all my questions and very helpful.
Good location to Opera house
Very convenient to Opera House concert. Super breakfast. Staff was great!!!
Location is in walking distance to restaurants and the newberry opera house which is why we were there...great seats and very nice ppl there too !!!
I paid another more than usual to stay but i understand...supply and demand
