Hampton Inn Boca Raton-Deerfield Beach

Centrally located between Deerfield Beach and Boca, this hotel is the right mix between price and location. The hotel is spotless! The staff is 100% friendly and accommodating. I have stayed here 3 times now and will go. back again. Very quiet, as the rooms seem very insulated. Newly designed its atmosphere is clean and calm. The outdoor pool was spotless, the laundry facilities were all new LG machines. The gym was well equipped for a Hampton and the breakfast was very good.

This is a nice hotel, clean, good bed, nice breakfast included, reasonably priced, plenty of parking, no frills, no nonsense, convenient, good for families, well maintained.

Enjoyed our night at this hotel. Very sweet desk workers.

The room and common areas appeared to be quite clean. The elevators, however, appeared shabby and unclean.

Clean and comfortable room. Woman at check-in was unaccomadating when the room was 2 queens instead of the one king we booked.

Accommodation was good. The receptionist, unspeakable rude to not just myself but to the other guests. Needs urgent training, does a great disservice to the Customer Service Industry. The lady who makes the breakfast, dare I repeat myself and say that these two ladies do not wish to be bothered by anyone. My husband dared to pick up a fork dropped by the breakfast attendant and she took the fork from him with nothing but a stare.

First room that was assigned to me had a clogged sink ,no one came to fix it and finally asked to move to a different room that was complete functional
The new room was worse I'm sorry to say than the first ,when pulling the bed covers back there was hair all over the sheet and on the pillow case.Since I didn't have the strength to m8ve again asked for new bedding and I made the bed again myself. I was so disgusted with experience that I still had to put clean towels on the bed to be able to sleep on it.Im checking out early as I simply am too disgusted by this to stay any longer.

I used to stay here all the time for business. I preferred it over the nearby Doubletree, due to its better cleanliness and mini breakfast buffet. However, some of the staff are just plain rude.

The day/evening front desk folks are super nice and helpful (Barbara and I forget the gentleman's name). The maintenance guy (Javier? maybe?) is also a gem. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff have been rude to me and the late-night front desk person (I arrived after midnight due to a flight delay) was the most horrible staff member I've ever experienced at any hotel. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. So, even though the Hampton is physically nicer than the Doubletree, I'm going back to the Doubletree from now on because at least I get treated with basic courtesy and respect there.

I had an extra $200 charge for my stay, and they can’t tell me what it was for. So I am now in a dispute with my bank trying to get refunded for it.

Property is tucked back off the main road allowing for a quiet atmosphere. 15 minutes from the beach (with lights). Staff was welcoming and helpful!

Checking was excellent the gentleman greeted me and recognize me off the bat he knew i stayed there plenty of times, so good job check me in it was quick and easy That what right look like thank you i forgot his name but love the Front desk service. only issue i did have the refrigerator having rust issue inside still work just the smell of the rust I forgot to mention it so hopefully they see my review and take care of that. thanks for another wonderful stay.

Staff was very friendly. Property was very clean and fresh. Room was clean and with nice decor.

We would stay again. So glad to be an easy short distance from the crowded beach area, yet close enough to access the ocean. Perfect location, right off the exit from the airport. We were very impressed at the kind and friendly staff in all categories.
