Cons:
Value for money concerns — at least one guest felt overcharged

Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Multiple guests repeatedly praised the property as clean and well-maintained; a few housekeeping misses (empty shower gel, no towel changes reported by one guest) slightly temper an otherwise strong cleanliness record.
Service
9.6
Numerous comments highlight very welcoming, helpful and outstanding front-desk staff (specific praise for individuals); isolated negative experience with a midnight staff member noted, but overall service sentiment is excellent.
Location
9.2
Many guests note a convenient, accessible location near interstate and restaurants and call the location 'very good'; one or two guests found it less comfortable, but overall location impressions are strongly positive.
Room Quality
8.9
Rooms are generally described as nice with comfortable beds, but some issues reported (incorrectly assigned ADA room, low water pressure, noisy extractor, cheap bedding) lead to a slightly lower but still solid score.
Amenities
8.9
Breakfast is repeatedly mentioned as hot/fresh and sufficient; some guests noted reduced food variety and absence of certain amenities (no jacuzzi, missing shower gel), so amenities are adequate but not outstanding.
Value for Money
7.5
Mixed sentiment: a notable complaint about feeling overcharged for the hotel's level lowers this category, though others explicitly say the price/quality is good for short stays.
Food and Beverage
8.9
Breakfast receives consistent positive remarks (hot, fresh, basic but sufficient), though some mention reduced variety compared with prior stays; overall food & beverage is satisfactory.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall sentiment is positive with frequent praise for staff, cleanliness and location; isolated operational and housekeeping issues prevent a perfect score but guest satisfaction is high.

It was decent enough for my short stay. The walls are pretty thin. I could hear a lot of knocking and thumps from rooms
Pros:

It’s close to food places and shopping. Plus looks very clean.

Cons:

The elevator seems to need servicing. It was extremely slow and I think one elevator was broken. The towels are really ruff and scratchy.

I would say it’s a 2 star hotel.
Pros:

The stuff was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean.

Cons:

The Hotel was good, but the price I paid was much over the hotel level. I expected for a higher level of hospitality for the price I paid.
Also waking up in the morning hearing a screaming man from a nearby room. And No jacuzzi.
