Luxury place good people nice pool clean
I take swim lessons at this location the staff are very friendly and are accommodating for my swim teacher and her students.
We went swimming here with our kids and the pool was very clean and warm!
My family has visited Days Inn & Suites of Kaukauna many times since August 2025. The facilities are always clean and inviting. The staff is always exceptional friendly and helpful. The pool area is open and sunny which feels really nice in the WI winter.
Room had a consistent odor of sewer smells. Checked shower/sink drains. Ran water through them but no luck stopping. Difficult sleeping with consistent smell.
Safe parking. Easy access . Pet freindly. Has been updated with new bathrooms and flooring. Clean and quite night.
Overall it was a good stay, however the bed had an old stain on the bedspread and the tub drained slowly after showering. The hall had a smell and the staff was in the process of taking care of it.
Floor not mopped or cleaned.
Smell bad in the hallway
The room was ok but we found food in the refrigerator from a previous stay.
It was a clean place to crash for the night. No major thrills, but it was clean and easy to get to from freeway.
Location
I signed up for early check in. It was supposed to be $20. They charged me $30.
Was cautious because of some bad reviews, but maybe remodeled? Was totally fine and upgraded us for nothing. Breakfast could have been more choices like fruit and boiled eggs, but fine. Would stay again.
Stopped in at the hotel early to see if we could check in early before the event we were attending, the desk clerk said no rooms were available, then the owner/manager said I can give up your room early for $50. The man was very rude and unprofessional!
Siri was very friendly and professional. Recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. Had a wonderful experience using this hotel.
Hotel is conveniently located off Hwy 141. I checked in online and was told just need to pick up my room key. Upon check in they proceeded to tell me I had to give a credit card again. I did not, and didn’t.
Excellent service he worked with me on getting me a room that I needed downstairs because there was no elevator so he was kind enough to work with me
The manager Jay was great to work with. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel and the rooms were clean and recently renovated.
Will be back next time I’m in town.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay after a family member's wedding in Brillion. Would recommend on the way back from there in about a 30 minute drive from venues there. It is located right off of Highway 41 north and is also a nice option heading back from a late night Packer game heading south. This Days Inn & Suites location in Kaukauna is modern in the rooms and is very spatious for a room with a King bed. There was also a pullout couch. A nice laminate floor that was clean. A modern sink and mirror with different light settings. The tub creaked and may need inspection but the shower itself was clean and the right temperature with a smaller shower head. The bed was very cool and had many nice soft white pillows. We stayed on the second floor. There were stairs instead of an elevator. A nice feature was a back door entrance with room key entry since we were at the end of the hallway. Something to improve wound be address a smell of the hallway floor from possibly not fully vacuumed or the carpetting being very old and needing replacement. We did not eat breakfast as it went from 6-9am. We wound like to have eaten breakfast until 10am on a weekend from a late night before. The pool looked clean and inviting on the first floor even though we did not use it. The parking lot was in good shape with no major cracks and had clearly defined painted stalls for orderly parking. Would definitely stay there again after an event we attend. Very reasonable rate for the night we stayed.
