Check in was very easy. The room was exceptionally clean. The room was quiet despite being just of the interstate. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, but what was most impressive was the that items were constantly being refilled and tables were wiped as soon as someone left.

I made a mistake with booking and was told by both the hotel clerk and Expedia that there was nothing they could do for me. I will never use either company ever again and will continue to spread word of my horrible experience without refund.

Pros:

Breakfast bar could be a little better and the mattress cover sheet is old. Did not stay in place. Bed was to close to the A/C unit. Picture showing spa which was not there and the pool was not clean. Overall it was “ok”.

The door to our hotel room didn’t lock. They attempted to fix it the following day but it still didn’t work very well. I would not have felt safe being there alone.

It was okay. Our room did not lock and the door would just be pushed open without a card. They moved us to a new room, but the overall cleanliness lacks for the price. Shower was slimy, mirror in bathroom looked like it was barely hanging on, sheets had a stain. The staff seem overall very nice.
