It was ok
Pros:

The staff was friendly the breakfasts was good and the server and the chef were very nice

Cons:

The room was very small especially the bathroom not enough light at the bathroom mirror to put makeup on water pressure was very low and the sink was clogged also they gave us a room on the 3rd floor long walk to the lobby for elderly women

The property was nice but unfortunately after a very long drive and only a day stay our room wasn’t ready until 9:30 at night. It unfortunately took a lot away from our trip for the amount of money spent.

Cons:

Didn’t check us in until 9:30pm. We only had one day there and exhausted when we arrived.

Everything was fine for a quick one night stay.
Pros:

Good sized room for 3 people

Restaurant on site but we didn’t use.

Decent, small gym

Nice outdoor pool

Cons:

Our keys didn’t work and the manager/front desk person was mansplaining how to use the keys. He finally decided to come to our room and found out that there was a problem with the door and key access which was rectified.

At check in we were not told how to access the outdoor pool which involved getting a key pad code.

The hotel was a convenient and easy travel distanced from Newport.

Cons:

A minor inconvenience was that the hallway was not air conditioned or properly air conditioned and some of the products in the bathroom were either empty(shower body wash) or not up to standard(like the body lotion).

Good for a short stay with comfortable rooms, but improvements and better communication are needed.
Pros:

We appreciated the free and secure parking and the friendly, welcoming staff. Our two bed room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with queen size beds. The air conditioning worked very well, and overall the room was well maintained.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit difficult to find, especially at night due to poor lighting on a fast road. There was ongoing construction that we were not informed about beforehand, with noise starting early in the morning and some visible mess. The corridors had an unpleasant smell, and the elevator felt outdated and slightly uncomfortable to use. The TV was also outdated with limited options. Additionally, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay.

It was convenient to URI.

Cons:

It was under construction. We apparently got the floor that was brand new. It was horrible, the AC fan was extremely loud and did not work right, most of the outlets did not work, including the one in the bathroom, the walls were extremely thin, you could hear everything. The lighting in the room was extremely poor! With the restaurant downstairs, you can actually hear all the people! They should have spent money on soundproofing! It was not enjoyable nor relaxing. I will not be back. Not worth the $300 a night I paid for!
