Lovely rooms. Lovely staff. Lovely water feature, nice setting
The pool was cold, no hot jacuzzi, sauna tiny.
Very expensive breakfast per person so we didn’t have one
This hotel was beautiful as were the grounds. All of the staff were so welcoming and accommodating!

The room was really cosy and very clean and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Our evening meal in the Brasserie was tasty and the table service was great. The options for breakfast were aplenty and the eggs were cooked to perfection.
Location and comfort.
Early closing of restaurant, therefore only bar snacks available for my late arrival.
Lovely rooms, great food and very attentive staff. The venue itself was of a great style and design.
The spa pool was absolutely freezing, and there was nowhere around the pool to relax around the pool due to the majority of the seats being benches / backless sunbeds. A few of the golfers in the hotel bar were confrontational and abusive towards staff and other guests which was pretty unpleasant to witness.

Expensive charges for breakfast. No Bitter on tap only 1 bottled beer to choose from, apart from this a lovely stay.
Well maintained, comfortable bed and nice and quiet.
The heating in the room was a little too high. Thermostat controlled, but even at its lowest was a little warm. Not a major issue but have preferred being able to make the room a little cooler to sleep.
Beautiful location not far from Norwich. The property is well looked after and looks very distinguished. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the food at the Brasserie was absolutely fantastic.
The only slight inconvenience was that there were classes in the pool which limited some access but the staff were good at letting me know about these so I can plan accordingly.

Zastaraly dizajn, omsely nabytek, architektura hotrlu velmi zastarala a nepestena, personal v restauraci ne na dobre urovni, spatny vyber skla pro podavani napoju a alkoholu, spatna klimatizace, maly bazen a prezuvky do spa se nabizi pouze hostum, kteri maji zaplacene masaze-velmi neproklientske. Mala sauna (spojena muzi i zeny), superior room je standardni mirne vetsi pokoj. Hotel rozhodne neni luxusni. Personal na recepci vynikajici a prikladny, front office cely hotel pozveda.
