Food was excellent
The staff were very helpful.

Entrance for hotel was confusing as looked like it was only for the leisure club.

The golf courses were good but a bit confusing as to which holes to go to.
The hardest thing for me ( I suffer with arthritis) the buggies can’t get to the car park, so it was hard for me to get my clubs on & off the course to the car.
I had to rely on my friend & I felt bad about it.
I would still come back as I enjoyed the whole experience.
Problem with leisure pool showers - they were cold although was informed that maintenance was aware. They could have informed guests that the showers were cold. I tried each shower to see if I could get a warm shower, to no avail. A notice would have been good to explain.

I have a medical dietary condition and she was able to deliver my food at exactly the right time

AMAZING SERVICE
Enjoyed a really nice two night break here with a lovely room including air conditioning. Food, drink and service was first class. The Barassie food was a bit expensive with most choosing the nice food in the Sports Bar. Did not play golf but the hotel bedroom and public areas all lovely

Staff very friendly and attentive, hotel was clean and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy and the aircon was a godsend.
Overall really happy but couple.of niggles but thats what reviews are for right ? 😉
Large bed was two singles bolted together however a noticeable gap formed between the bases overnight on both nights of our stay.
Sports bar staff were friendly but a couple of them we're working a slow pace, felt a bit like I was intruding on their time as they had other jobs to do rather than serve.
Food average for the price imo.
Breakfast was great 👍 . The scenery of the environment was fabulous.
Wardrobe facilities fell below standard. Too short and very tiny space!
