Family Birthday lunch.
Pros:

Following my enquiry about a family lunch, the reception staff were amazingly helpful ( particularly Morgan) the response to questions were speedy and accommodating needs of dietary requirements within the group.
A great venue with lovely views and good food , as well as friendly and helpful staff in the sports bar.
I found it good value for money .
It was a really positive experience enjoyed by my family, aged 5 to 94.

Staff very friendly, hotel clean and upmarket decor. Let down by bar food and cocktails and bathroom tiredneeds redecora
Pros:

Nicely decorated, clean and lovely lounge with open fire, right in the heart of the countryside.

Cons:

Noise from the floor above our room/ no.17- floorboards creak and someone kept us awake late and then started early in the morning- seemingly walking back and forth over the same area?? It woke my daughter up.
The bathroom is tired, chipped paint on the door frame and the grouting on the shower door was black and also grimy in places around wall tiles.
Also ordered pepperoni pizzas- so salty I couldn’t eat it- made my tongue sore? Soaked in salt, awful. Also the cocktails were like squash. Watery, small and expensive.

A perfect relaxing treat.
Pros:

A very pleasant stay at Barnham Broom. A warm welcome on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities were a welcome addition. A small bottle of water was also in the fridge.
The food in the restaurant was very good. We had to wait a while on our first night but it was definitely worth the wait. The waitresses were apologetic and informed us when our food was almost ready. The breakfast menu was plentiful and delicious. Our waitress Donna was very helpful and gave us good customer service.
I didn’t use the spa or the swimming pool. My husband used the pool and said it was very clean. The golf course looked amazing. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from Norwich.
A good hotel for a relaxing break.

Fantastic stay – exceptional service and food
Pros:

We had a fantastic time at Barnham Broom Hotel and couldn’t fault our stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Sharon on reception was incredibly welcoming and took the time to answer all of our questions, making us feel instantly at ease.

The spa was a real highlight – Claire was absolutely fantastic and provided treatments for us both. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience truly relaxing.

We enjoyed dinner, breakfast, and afternoon tea during our stay, and every meal was exceptional. The quality of the food and the level of service throughout were first-class.

To top it all off, we were upgraded to the Hill Suite, which was huge and made our stay feel even more special.

A truly wonderful experience from start to finish – we wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend Barnham Broom Hotel.

A lovely couples break. Relaxing and just what we needed.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed huge and comfortable. Room clean and had everything we needed. We ate in the Sports Bar which met our expectations and was lovely. Had a few drinks and enjoyed the lovely lounge area. We added on a nice swim, sauna, steam which added that bit more relaxation to our break.

Cons:

The pool and changing room area could benefit from a little update. Things like some lose tiles, lockers not working etc.

£14.50 for one glass of wine !!!!
Pros:

After receiving a £50
Voucher for the hotel we thought we would treat the family to lunch out as we are not far away . Lunch was ok although my toastie was cold . However the shocking cost of drinks was obscene. £14.50 for one large glass of wine. We were actually shocked . What
We thought would be a reasonably cheap lunch was actually ludicrously expensive. Not to mention it felt more like a weatherspoons waiting 10 minutes to get a drink with the que . Also it was noisy lots of children running about and people in big groups standing over our table whilst we ate. Not enjoyable at all
