Enterprise Hotel

Overall our stay has been really good, we have enjoyed our time at the hotel and in Milan.

Positives
1. Receptionist/Bar staff very welcoming and friendly.
2.Cleanliness has been spot on throughout. Reception, bar, ground floor toilets and room. Zero complaints regarding cleanliness.
3. Good location for public transport bus stop right outside as-well as a tram stop. Metro and underground 10/15 minute walk.
4.First time ever using a laundry service, (unfortunately my partner stood up and spilt beer on his only pair of jeans on our 2nd night), service was brilliant, collected from our room at 10am and returned before we got back on the evening to get changed before going out for tea. Very reasonably priced and efficient.

Negatives
1.The only negative feedback I have, is receptionist saying different information to their colleagues. We had this on 3 different occasions. 1) We unfortunately had to change rooms due to the tv being broken, was informed we could do this first thing in the morning so we could carry on with our stay, got to reception with our bags packed to be told we could only do it from 4pm. 2) Evening of the beer spillage, spoke to receptionist to ask about the laundry service, was told to ring in the morning to arrange collection. Morning came, rang and was told the service isn’t operating (because of Easter weekend, which we was fine with just frustrating with the different information, staff looked into this and sorted the situation straight away). 3) On arrival we was very surprised there was no tourist tax, only a £100 refundable deposit. Check-out arrived and we have a £80 tourist tax bill, this was never mentioned on their website or on arrival. Have been on a few city breaks anywhere that requires it has always been paid on arrival so was very surprised to receive this additional bill at the end.

Despite the misinformation from hotel staff, our stay has been brilliant. Everyone has been very friendly, helpful and we’re very quick and efficient to rectify any issues. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The hotel is in a great location for the local public transport services the staff were very helpful. The room was very nice and clean, the restaurant was very welcoming, prices were just right for the excellent quality of the food. Menu range should be increased.

This was my 2nd stay at the Enterprise and I wasn't disappointed, the staff are pleasant and helpful ,the rooms are clean and the food was great .The location means its easy to get into the city centre or the San Siro ,we walked to both .We will definitely return

My 14 year old son and I stayed at this hotel and it was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, well equipped rooms and a good small gymnasium. We didn't eat in the hotel but had a drink one evening which was served with delicious bar snacks. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance and near to bus stop for travelling around. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we returned to Milan

The staff were amazing, from when we checked in with Martina to our evening drinks and conversations with Matteo who really took the time to speak with us when not serving and for breakfast we were welcomed and looked after by Jessica and cooked a fantastic omelette by Leon who also was keen to see how we were enjoying our stay. The breakfast here is the best I’ve had in a hotel for years!

My family and I stayed at Enterprise Hotel for three nights on our recent trip. The staff was efficient and friendly and treated myself and my children with deference and respect. Without asking at the excellent breakfast, the staff provided coloring pages and asked my children what they would like and made sure that they felt as welcome as us adults. Parking was easy, fairly priced, and completely secure. Room service was also excellent from the hotel restaurant and for everything else the immediate area had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The lobby, bar, meeting area, and common areas were chic, modern and comfortable. 5/5!

Our stay at the Enterprise Hotel was amazing from beginning to the end. The location was perfect and very convenient for exploring, shopping, and getting around.

Breakfast was definitely a highlight every morning. There were always plenty of delicious options to choose from, and beautifully presented. A special mention goes to Chef Leon, he always made the effort to talk to us about our plans for the day and is clearly passionate about what he does.

Our most gratitude to Leon, the chef, who has been an excellent person to wake up and speak to. He was so caring with his service, not to mention giving us such beautiful places to visit. It was genuinely a real pleasure to speak to him each day we had breakfast. Not to mention, his breakfast was impeccable, such taste in such simple delicacies, with his comedic humour on the side. Honestly what a lovely character.

This goes without saying, every single member of staff was exceptional in their hospitality. We were in awe at how wonderful and helpful they were. We were extremely pleased with each staff during our stay.

The room was spotless and comfortable, the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing, and all the staff were very welcoming and made me and my partner feel well looked after. It was everything I hoped for and more.
I would highly recommend the Enterprise Hotel to anyone visiting the area. If I was to visit Milan in the future I know where I’ll be staying!

P.S. The fact that the hotel had umbrellas we can use, on our first day of visit when it was pouring was one of the key highlights! Haha, but genuinely one of the best stays we have been to, both me and my partner. Thank you very much.

Lovely hotel! A little away from the centre, however the nearest metro station is about a 15 min walk and there is a tram stop nearby. All staff were very pleasant, the room was clean and had all we needed. Sleep quality was good each night and I was taking part in the Milano21 10k and the hotel even had my race number delivered there and looked after it for me. We didn’t have time for the spa and didn’t pay for breakfast so I can’t comment but would definitely stay again!

Great staff, excellent value for money. Highly recommend Sophia’s restaurant in the hotel we dined there 3 times on a 4 night stay!

Room tired but very clean, location ok within walking distance of major attractions , few bars and restaurants in the vicinity, staff seemed a little surly

Super nice hotel with a truly delicious breakfast buffet – definitely one of the best I’ve experienced!
Unfortunately, it was extremely cold in the room at night (down to 14.5°C). We mentioned it to the staff, and it helped a little, but it was still not fun having to sleep with clothes on.
A bit of a shame, because otherwise it was a really lovely stay

We spent 3 nights at the Enterprise hotel and can highly recommend it.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Although slightly dated but maybe in keeping with the hotel’s ambience our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. I had a delightful hot chocolate drink at the hotel bar. One of the best Ive had anywhere. Our highlight was the spa. We used it at the beginning of our stay and at the end. It made our stay in Milan memorable and would definately stay again.

Convenient location near to tram station with easy access to key sites. Nice modern lobby. Extremely friendly and accommodative staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very reasonable pricing in Milan’s expensive hotel environment and great value for money.

Had a lovely stay with my daughter. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and lovely food.

The hitel entrance was beautiful and clean the room i wasn't 100% on the size me and my daughter ended up sharing 1 bed luckily we were only staying 4 nights but I would have preferred to not to be sharing a bed with my 19 year old daughter so it would of been nice to veiw the room before we arrived or able to pick our own room before but it was clean and tidy and very quiet the public transport was easily accessible but the the location of the hotel was pretty poor didn't feel like we was in milan

All great. In a quiet area. Close to tram lines to all areas. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice. We used the spa which was 20euros, which was a lovely experience. The bedroom was lovely and the bed very comfortable.

Clean room and friendly staff

Had a wonderful stay for two nights. The only problem was the pillows. Would’ve loved better fluffier pillows. Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.
