Cons:

We ran out of hot water while showering and poor water pressure. We were informed we should have called the desk. We reported it at the time of checkout.

Pros:

Everything was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

They only come every other day to clean/make beds and replenish towels and toiletries. I know most hotels do this now but I miss when the come daily.

Staff was extremely polite upon arrival and departure
Cons:

Loud guests above us. We were on the 3rd floor. They were stomping and woke us several times through the night and 4am. Extremely obnoxious.

Excellent with minor adjustments.
Pros:

The presentation walking in was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool and the gym areas. The common areas where we ate breakfast was very accommodating and nice. We love the view over the little Traverse Bay area and how centrally located the hotel was we would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The hot tub had a lot of foam on it, indicating that it needed more treatment since that usually results from peoples detergent and oils. The bed was a little firm. We prefer soft to medium, and we would prefer real eggs over bagged eggs. The shower-head in our room was at the very top and I’m an average size person and could barely feel the water pressure.

Breakfast was good and it is one of the reasons I stay at Hampton Inns all over when traveling

Wonderful! Will stay there on our next trip to Petoskey.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and hotel location was great! Nice pool area.

Cons:

The room climate felt a bit cold and slightly damp. It could have been from the air conditioner which seemed either too cold or too hot with no ideal middle temperature.
