It was better than what else was offered in the area, which wasn't much
Pros:

Loved the breakfast!

Cons:

The shower. The shower floor/pan had hairs and dust? Plus it had stains that led me to believe it was dirty. Bu after running water and splashing water I noticed the stains were not fading but at least I got the hairs and dust out.

Good value
Pros:

We like staying in Plainview so this was a good, safe area off the beaten path.

Cons:

As soon as we opened the door to our original room, a dog across the hallway started barking and scratching the door. The owners obviously weren’t there. We went back downstairs and the person at the desk gave us a new room. We were disappointed at this particular hotel didn’t have a hot tub like other Holiday Inn wine stayed at.

Good but could be better.
Pros:

Everything was acceptable. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms. Beds comfortable.
Breakfast good.

Cons:

The walls are thin. You hear everything. You hear people above you walking in their room, doors shutting, dogs feet on the tile if they are next door etc. And people walking and talking in the hall normally, but they sound like they are right in your room its so loud. The people are not being loud, there is not enough insulation/noise protection to have a quiet room. Makes it hard to sleep.

The is our second stay had minor issues but would probably stay again
Pros:

The facility was clean and quiet. The man that checked us in was nice, breakfast was okay decent variety

Cons:

The room was very dusty. When we asked to have it clean due to allergies they said house keeping was not there but offered another room. Tub and shower could be cleaner.
