Would try a second stay
Pros:

Overall cleanliness. It smelled nice and not a musty hotel smell. The breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

The shower had some hair in it. Which for me is a big no no. At 11pm there was still yelling in the halls and ridiculous romping and stomping above us. I had to call front desk. Thank goodness whoever it was left for our 2nd night.

Fair, only stayed because other hotels in Plainview even worse!

Cons:

Electric air freshener in the lobby. Synthetic air fresheners are now known to be hormone disrupters. Also people with sensitivities have to be exposed to this which can be an irrantavt to eyes, nose, throat and skin. Manager says it’s required by IHG properties. No coffee pot in room. Stains on chairs, and curtains. Doors on side banged up and not clean. Room is basic and cost over $200 a night is outrageous! They are price gouging!

The facility is very nice and clean. Rooms spacious

Cons:

The staff doesn't know how to work their own system. Got charged thru booking.com and then she put the charge on my card again. Now I get to wait 7 days to get my money back. Thats after I tried to ask manager and she doesn't even let u complete a sentence 🤦🏽‍♀️ wont be back

Pros:

My sister and I stayed here for my Mother's funeral in nearby Olton. We were very disappointed by the construction, lock replacement, going on in the Hotel. No one warned us of this going on and resting during the day was out of the question.

Cons:

The lock replacements were ridiculously loud and the from desk did not warn us of the replacement happening during our stay. Not happy with management on this one.
