The Reception Desk is staffed between the hours of 10.00am and 6.00pm. Outside of these hours, please use the self-service reception kiosk located in the lounge. It's quick and easy and takes less than a minute.

Quirky top floor room no external noise. View across rooftops of Dorchester
It's a very quiet and comfortable hotel. There's no food served, there is plenty of places to eat nearby. There's also no bar so no noisy drinkers or music.
I didn't find anything wrong with the hotel.

We arrived after 10pm so the screen check in was a little challenging initially.

Spacious communal areas with nice touches such as tissues and games. Excellent shower. Beautiful building. Dining area very comfortable.

Small hotel right on the high street so very convenient location. Everything spotlessly clean and comfortable. What they offer is limited i.e. no restaurant, but what they do they do very well indeed. Staff very helpful and friends. Excellent value for money.

There was no air-conditioning, and we couldn't even properly open the window.
They put some fans, but that was not even near being bearable.
We were told it was exceptionally warm, and the facilities weren't prepared for it.
They did offer a refund, which was really kind, but we decided to stay for the 3 nights.
