Exquisite

Very smooth from the word go

I arrived late, the staff remotely guided me from the entrance.

All ran very smoothly

Getting in, room allocation, the access card etc

Wonderful coffee and tea arrangements just nest to the lobby


The lobby was spacious and had a great ambience to sit down and relax

Good value for money in the centre of Dorchester

Well in excess of our expectations!
Pros:

This is a beautiful and well maintained hotel that was spotlessly clean! The room was completely up today with plenty of power points and USB connections. The hotel does not have a restaurant but recommends various places within walking distance for breakfast. It has a canteen for use of customers who wish to bring a meal back to the hotel. There are free coffee and tea making facilities 24/7.

Cannot think of anything.

We had a lovely stay
Pros:

Great welcome, lovely room, really lovely bed and location
