We stayed for seven nights. I booked 3 rooms, because we travelled with our family and parents. We enjoyed Yerevan and Armenia. Location of the hotel is perfect - close to the city center and near Ararat and Noy Brandy manufacturer (Noy excursion to the plant is excellent!). We were exploring Yerevan for 3 full days and travelled around the city for 3 days to very beautiful and historical places) and each night we returned to the hotel. Parking for our rented 8 sit car was always available in front of the hotel. The hotel fully met our expectations. Excellent cleaning, comfortable beds (only I would like to mention that the bathrooms and swimming pool will soon require complete renovation, however such a fact did not affect my review). In the morning, an excellent breakfast was served - everything was very tasty. I really want to comment on the very polite staff — they’re just great, well done! An excellent price‑to‑quality ratio. I recommend staying in the METROPOL hotel and enjoy hospitable Armenia!

Не хватало интернета на телевизоре, прилетала с детьми и отсутствие детских каналов или возможности включить детям что они захотят по вечерам расстраивало и меня и детей. Еще фен, он перегревался и просто переставал работать.

Excellent location, very nice personnel, extremely spacious rooms. We booked 2 rooms, and they prepared one room with extra bed before our arrival, so no time was spent waiting. Everything was in good to great condition and working order. We stayed here before, we'll stay here again.
One of the rooms' AC control was acting up, and it was not easy to set it to our liking, but we eventually got it. The other room AC was fine. There seemed no security for the warderobe where we could leave our luggage for a day after check out, but it the whole place felt so safe I left bag with docs and valuables - but some eyes on it would make it feel safer leaving luggage.

Most of the front desk staff provided decent service, but the female staff who checked in had a poor experience, with a cold and unsmiling attitude throughout the entire process, and vague answers to inquiries. I asked him to help me book a taxi when I checked out. He gave me a quote of 1200 dirhams, but the actual driver asked for 2300 dirhams and even booked the wrong address.
Due to time constraints, we missed the minibus from Yerevan to Tbilisi and had to change to the latest 7:00 pm flight. We arrived in Tbilisi almost at 2:00 am, which severely affected our itinerary.
