Doesn't deserve a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

The view from the balcony .

Cons:

The swimming pool was not hot enough..the staff made me pay for a broken glass. They were not very good service when we need water or other..they said to come down and get the delivery and other.

Отличный бармен на лоби, провел нам целую экскурсию истории Еревана) приветливый персонал в кафе на завтраках, хорошая уборка, наличие сауны и бассейна👍

Cons:

Номер дали не соответсвующего метража, бронировали 20м2, дали 15, в итоге меняли номер, отель старый, напора воды в душе нет, пульт в номере был сломанный, поменяли, кнопка унитаза всегда западала, зато мы подружились с отельным инженером который ходил к нам в номер как к себе домой уже😂

Zeer matig voor een 4 sterren hotel
Pros:

Personeel super aardig en behulpzaam

Cons:

De kamer is super gedateerd. De douche cabine deuren werken niet en gaan los bij het openen of sluiten. De airco werkte niet.
