Emplacement parfait pour visiter Manhattan, à deux pas de Central Park. Chambre et salle de bain confortables, tout était très propre, avec capsules de café à disposition. Le personnel a été très serviable et accueillant.
La literie nous a semblé un peu usée mais nous avons tout de même bien dormi. Penser à prendre des boules quiès pour les personnes sensibles au bruit à la fois de la rue et des couloirs de l’hôtel.

Marrisa was absolutely amazing accommodating my family. She is incredible in hospitality and such a friendly face when walking in. Give her a raise!!!
Location and room
Not much view but the room was great and it is a good place to stay. Clean and comfortable!
The location was perfect for the purpose of my visit. There was a doorman which was helpful as the hotel is located on a busy street.
Bummer that breakfast isn't provided here. The hotel was not as clean as I would have liked given the price point. Just not good attention to detail. For example I went to open my toiletries only to find that they hadn't been replaced from the previous person who stayed in my room.

We stayed three nights here in a premier one bedroom suite. The room was excellent with lots of windows and plenty of space. Having one and a half baths was a bonus. The bed and linen were comfortable. What’s more, the staff was outstanding. They were helpful and friendly, always happy to assist. The only slight negative was hearing the upstairs neighbors who seemed to have a child running around constantly. But that wouldn’t keep us from staying here the next time we are in NYC.
The location is perfect for walking to Broadway, the park, Carnegie Hall and Rockefeller Center. The front desk and valet staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a super job. Hilton's representative Janet is a wonderful brand ambassador! Small comfortable lobby. The room was spacious enough and equipped with all necessities, like robes, slippers, mini fridge and coffee. Bathroom a bit small. I did feel like the a/c did what it wanted and stayed the same temperature regardless of setting. The pillows , not foam, were not my style and did cause three sleepless nights. The mattress was also too hard in my opinion. Of course, everyone has their own tastes. Would stay here again, but may bring a pillow!
