Fantastic Location
Pros:

So, the very best part of this hotel is its location. Pretty much perfectly situated to get to everything easily. Our room (Studio King Deluxe) was large enough and didn't feel cramped. We had an issue while there, but they addressed it satisfactorily and without attitude. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A few negatives: Along with this location comes a fair bit of road noise. I think this is unavailable as the hotel is at a very busy intersection. You will absolutely get hit up for a timeshare presentation. If you get breakfast with your room, it is about a block away and you have to choose from a list of items and can't order what you want. Would I stay here again? Most likely.

Pros:

Wir haben für unseren New York Trip insgesamt 9 Nächte im Hilton Club The Quin verbracht. Das absolute Highlight des Hotels ist definitiv das Personal: Egal ob an der Rezeption, der Concierge oder das Housekeeping-Team – alle Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos wunderbar, immer freundlich und extrem zuvorkommend. Man hat sich zu jeder Zeit willkommen gefühlt! Auch unser Zimmer war super und ein toller Rückzugsort.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend.
Man ist direkt mitten im Geschehen und kann sich jeden Tag neu entscheiden in wenigen Minuten im ruhigen Central Park oder direkt in Manhatten Zeit zu verbringen.
Ebenfalls kommt man vom Hotel mit der U-Bahn schnell und unkompliziert überall hin.

Trotz der kleinen Schwächen bei der Sauberkeit und der typischen New Yorker Geräuschkulisse hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Eine wirklich gute Wahl für einen längeren Städtetrip!

Cons:

Ein paar kleine Abstriche müssen wir jedoch machen: Wenn man im Zimmer etwas genauer hingeschaut hat, war die Sauberkeit an einigen Stellen durchaus noch verbesserungswürdig. Hier fehlt teilweise etwas die Liebe zum Detail.

Zudem noch ein wichtiger Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Man muss sich absolut im Klaren darüber sein, dass New York keine leise Stadt ist. Das merkt man vor allem abends und nachts, wenn man schlafen möchte, da der Lärm von draußen doch recht deutlich ins Zimmer dringt. Es empfiehlt sich hier auf jeden Fall, einen guten Gehörschutz (Oropax) im Reisegepäck zu haben!

Very Good Location and Staff
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpfull all the time.
Awesome location, in a very good part of the city, close to the main stores and the cnetral park, at the same time far enought from the busy areas around times square and penny station.

Cons:

Gym was fine, but would be good have some extra acessories to use in the crossover.
Ar the entrance, for a few days, I felt a smell in the lobby that was not bad, but not very good as well.

Nice property, but I felt unsafe in that shower so won’t stay there again.
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable, good bed, very clean property, good location if you want to be right downtown Staff not particularly helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom. Nice and modern but very little surface area to put things. Also shower sprayed outside glass half-wall and got floor wet. But Biggest problem for me was the unusual height of the tub to step over. I’m 5’3” and actually felt unsafe stepping in and out because it was so high and I don’t have great balance. No problem for my 6’ husband

How does this place have good reviews?
Pros:

Would never stay here again. I am a very frequent business traveler. I have a high tolerance for rooms with problems. This is the weirdest room with windows you can’t see out of. It’s so closed in. Feels like you are in a basement or something. Horrible.
