My new go to hotel in NYC
Pros:

It is a very good value for the location. The staff work hard to make sure you’re comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the elevators can take a long time during busy hours.

Fantastic location and stay
Pros:

Very welcoming, always somebody on hand to greet you. The restaurant attached was fantastic! They even noticed the birthday cards in our room and arranged a treat - we would definitely return!

An amazing stay!
Pros:

We have just returned from 5 nights at our favourite hotel.We absolutely love it and all the staff are fabulous!

Our room was large, beautifully decorated, great views and spotlessly clean. Special praise to Marissa, Ishraq and Janet for making us feel like we’ve “come home”.They go above and beyond to make you have a perfect stay. Many thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

We’d stay here again!! Great location! Walkable to everything!

The girl at check in was very kind, we had traveled all night from Hawaii to NY and was praying that a room would be ready but it was too early… she found us a room by 9am (check in was at 4) and although it was on a low floor and very dark, (and she gave me the opportunity to look at it first so we could choose to take it or wait… we jumped on it so we could nap until 1pm and then have a normal afternoon…it made all the difference in our day
Coffee provided every morning in the lobby at 7:30am

Cons:

Towels were a little thin
Shower faucet was so tight it was very hard to turn to the right temperature

Pros:

We had a lovely spacious and quiet room. Fridge, coffee machine & kettle provided. Fabulous location for walking midtown and in Central Park. Restaurants, bars & grocery shops on the doorstep.
