Excelente hotel em uma localização privilegiada
Pros:

Hotel muito bom para os padrões de Nova York. Quarto grande, silencioso, ar condicionado excelente, banheiro muito bom, tomadas usb para conectar cabos de celulares, TV tamanho grande. Dentro do quarto eles disponibilizam roupões, pantufas, cafeteira com cápsulas de café gratuitas e 2 garrafas de água por dia de estadia. Existe frigobar no quarto, o que permite a colocação de sucos, etc.
Os elevadores do hotel são rápidos. Os atendentes atenciosos e prontos para ajudar. Foi possível deixar as malas na recepção até o horário do check in. E na saída, deram 2 horas a mais que o horário permitido, o que facilitou a estadia.
A localização é realmente excelente. A estação do metrô fica a poucos passos do hotel. Existe farmácia e mercadinho no mesmo quarteirão do hotel.

Cons:

Não existe restaurante no hotel, o que te obriga a tomar o café da manhã no quarto. A alternativa é utilizar o restaurante ao lado, cujos preços são elevados.
A iluminação do quarto é fraca; poderia ser melhorada.

Pequenos detalhes para ser uma estadia nota 10. Mas ficamos muito satisfeitos com os dias aqui. Em especial a gentileza

Gentileza dos funcionários, tamanho do quarto e banheiro, localização, limpeza.

Cons:

Cama já pode ser trocada, está afundando. Travesseiros também já muito velhos e moles. Chuveiro poderia ser mais quente, saiamos do banho com muito frio.

Got a special price so I think it was a good value for NYC.

Could not put rooms near each other even waiting until 4 pm check-in.
Could hear hallway noise in the morning
It wasn’t as close as I thought to the A train subway station.

Tolles Hotel an top Lage, würden wir jederzeit wieder wählen
Pros:

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden, Zimmer sehr gross (eher selten für New York), sehr sauber, Tee, Wasser, Kaffee im Zimmer, wurde sehr zuverlässig aufgefüllt, schönes Badezimmer, top Lage, direkt am Central Park, mehrere U-Bahn-Stationen sehr gut erreichbar, Frühstücksmöglichkeiten sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar (besonders empfehlenswert "Le pain quotidien")
