The breakfast buffet was excellent and very good, the staff at the starbucks and breakfast counter were delightful and very friendly. The pool are was clean and very relaxing. The room was clean and exactly what I needed.

Cons:

Trying to get reach the reception desk from the room i was staying in was very difficult, and a couple of the receptionists very a little bit hostile and weren’t very helpful.

It’s OK, watch out for the extras.
Pros:

It was OK. Staff was very friendly. Facilities are nice despite the obvious heavy use from families there for tournaments. Our door lock batteries died and within minutes the ‘engineer’ was there to fix it. His “so sorry for the inconvenience” remark was genuine.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was the worst. Like, c’mon folks! How is my signal only 1MBPS??

And the additional parking fee. Really? This is not a downtown facility. Everyone has a car.

Great stay and experience.
Pros:

It was a very nice location, we went for a overnight trip and everything was nice. Staff very friendly, was very clean, and overall just a great stay and experience.

Cons:

I wasn't able to adjust the a/c in the room but other then that it was great.
