Hola. Gracias por la atención del personal. Lo que más me gustó fue exactamente eso, y sobre todo la atención del caballero del restaurante, en el desayuno, fue muy amable con mi familia y conmigo, Dios lo bendiga. En general, muy buena atención de todos, el desayuno excelente! y la habitación estaba bien, limpia y agradable, un buen precio. Gracias por todo.

Cons:

Que en la recepción se aseguren de la compra en línea que hizo el cliente. Nos tocó buscar la reserva para demostrar que la compra incluía los desayunos de todos, fue un poco incómodo porque no nos creyeron, ni nos dieron las tarjetas completas hasta que no buscamos la reserva y lo demostramos. De resto, todo estuvo bien. Gracias!

The location was convenient but it has that industrial feel surrounding the property. Overall it was clean.

It was near a target and a Walmart.

Cons:

There was mold in the vents of the bathroom. Sink wasn’t in the bathroom. And there was no place to put clothes while showering

What made the experience worse was that there was no apology at any point. Overall, this was a very poor check-in experi
Cons:

This was a very disappointing stay. We booked a room for three people with a sofa bed. The first staff member who checked us in gave us a room where the sofa bed was broken. When we tried to call the front desk, the phone in the room wasn’t working either.

A second staff member later helped us change rooms, but during the process, the first staff member said, “Oh, I didn’t know they needed the sofa bed.” This made us question whether she was already aware the sofa bed was broken but still assigned the room to us.

Closet door was locked entire stay after contacting staff they didn’t send anyone to fix it. Elevator was down on the second day had to climb 3 flights of stairs with a stroller after a long day out
