Cons:

The room smelled extremely musty and the air was sticky. Windows were locked so we couldn’t get fresh air. Within an hour we decided we couldn’t stay there and went to the front desk to ask for a refund then had to have a long back and forth with them and Booking.com.

It feels clean.

Cons:

My booking stated that breakfast was included, but it actually cost 20 dollars per person. Only young children could eat free. It was disappointing and a shock to my budget. There were 2 queen beds, which I was expecting. But It was my understanding that they would accommodate for five. While trying to problem solve or ask for a cot, the front desk was unhelpful and curt. They just kept saying "we don't know what to tell you". We asked for blankets and pillows to create our own makeshift bed. There were water bottles in the room that looked complimentary but actually cost money.

Pros:

The pool, the A/C, easy parking

Cons:

TV was difficult to operate, no instructions on how to use it. Maid only cleaned once out of 3 days. The bed was not real comfortable.

Disappointed with the staffs and stay.

Cons:

Staffs were ridiculously unreasonable, misleading, don’t have accurate information. The Tv and tv remote were not working properly, bath tub/shower drainage was not draining well and clogged.

I enjoyed my stay there. Pool was nice and so was the room. I would book again

It was clean and pleasing to look at. The lobby and dining were easy to access.

Cons:

Parking was difficult to get into. I wish the bar was a different location from the restaurant and cafe. Self parking was 49.00 while valet was 55. I don’t think it was worth for either

It was a wonderful staff and I would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

It was very clean and the staff was excellent. If we contacted the front desk for any reason they quickly helped with whatever we needed.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been a little better. I would have liked to see more of a variety through out the week

Bad experience overall
Pros:

No microwave in the room, no wall temperature control. Bad facilities. Bad attitude of front desk people. Overcharging a lot. They first charge 68 dollars security deposit. After checking out, they instead of return you the deposit, they charge additional 68 dollars. I contacted them but no one replied.
