Pros:

I was not expecting how spacious the apartment was going to be.The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I picked up on a few cleaning issues(eg crumbs on tray in oven,hairs in bath,dripping water in shower/bath,skirting boards dirty/dusty.

Best place in town for exploring city for decent stay
Pros:

The location was excellent. Walking distance to the Australian Open, CBD, restaurants. Tram outside. Shop downstairs to buy food. Second TV in bedroom to watch late at night so not to disturb rest of party.

Cons:

Couch is hard as a rock!

Great location. Easy access, wonderful large rooms.
Pros:

Great location always easy access once you know the routine for parking and carpark. Perfect spot for easy access to trams and the city. Large clean rooms, plenty of facilities.

This lift is a nightmare only 1 was working the window is not double glazed and the train noise is loud

The lift needs to be replaced as it is always a problem only 1 working in busy times and it got stuck on 9th floor - windows would be better if double glazed as it’s loud on the side of the train tracks

An excellent base to explore Melbourne from, perfect for our trip.

Convenient location
Pros:

Adina on Flinders is a very convenient location for attending Australian Open tennis.
Rooms fronting Flinders Street are noisy unless all windows and doors shut properly. Even then rumbling trains may wake you or keep you awake.
There was nothing supplied except instant coffee and tea bags and UHT milk. We would have appreciated a coffee pod machine and small amounts of fresh milk, butter, Vegemite, jam etc

Home away from home.
Pros:

The Adina Hotel Lofts are a home away from home. Located right in the bustling centre of Melbourne, it is an easy stroll to all of Melbourne’s highlights. Light filled with high ceilings and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, it was equivalent to having a fully furnished apartment. The bed was luxurious and the furniture stylish and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
