A perfect blend of heritage warehouse charm and modern luxury in the heart of Melbourne
Pros:

Stayed in one of the warehouse lofts and it was excellent. The space was huge, very clean, and had a cool industrial feel but with the old windows. It’s got high-end Smeg appliances and a well-stocked mini bar (which unfortunately we didn't use). Also, being able to order room service through their app was a nice, easy touch. Definitely a step up from a standard hotel room. Staff were so lovely and helpful. We also found an awesome hidden bar within a 1-minute walk, plus restaurants and a local shop within 4 minutes.

Cons:

Just a heads up for future guests: there’s a bit of noise from the neighbouring air conditioning units, though it’s fairly easy to tune out. Also, check your room type if you need a lift, our loft was stairs-only, which might be a struggle for some.

Excellent place to stay for a city experience, Staff are super helpful!
Pros:

We've visited during Easter break. The apartment is just what you need for a family. We had everything we were looking for. The location is great, just in the middle of the city, with many dining options around. The apartment was very clean and modern, and the view was nice overlooking the surrounding cityscape. The staff were super nice, we had a misunderstanding while booking, that we needed an extra bed for a 16-year-old child, and they provided the setup free of charge, no question asked! Recommended big time if you are visiting Melbourne for a city experience.

Cons:

Toiletries are mostly missing from the bathrooms, but you can get them if you ask.
Parking is paid and not cheap compared to nearby lots; it would be nice if it were included in the booking.
If you are noise sensitive, you will not be happy with the train track noise at night. I did not mind it myself
