This hotel is for retired age and older
Pros:

Close to strip, nice pool bar and pools.
Lots of parking available
Nightly entertainment was good.
Good choice drinks.

Cons:

I felt it was very dated and even the people staying were all retired or older. We were the youngest in the hotel by about 30 years but if your looking for a quiet holiday its the place.
Some of the staff were cranky and unpleasant.
I asked a member of staff for a bottle of water and she rudely said its not free and then I told her I was all inclusive and she then went and got one for me, I felt she snapped at me.
Bedrooms very small and old fashioned.

We enjoyed the break.
Pros:

Room was exactly what w eneeded as we booked late. Hotel was in proximity to all areas.

Cons:

Dinner- food was not veyr hot on the evenings that we used it, henew, we went outside to eat.

Lovely break
Pros:

The location and the comfortable rooms. Breakfast was also of good quality.

Pros:

Vinnie the activities guy was very good and friendly. Good entertainment in the evening. Easy journey from airport and into town. Food for nice and the staff were too.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated. Our room looked out on the back which had a view of what looked like a dilapidated building and an area that needs to be tidied up (rm 1221).

Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel, lovely food, great staff, clean& comfortable room, great shows & a lovely location. Just at the start of the strip yet in a lovely quiet location but a stones throw from all the night life. We really enjoyed our holiday.

Nice hotel, good location and some good entertainment.
Pros:

Good variety of food at all meals

Lovely sea view from room. Dated but comfortable, Room serviced efficiently every day.

Cons:

No iron, no kettle, had to pay for one and also for the safe which is normally included in 4* hotels we have stayed.

Patio door rattling in wind all night and wind coming in under the door out to hall. Had to put rolled up bath mat against it.

Often no cups or spoons in restaurant had to ask for them.

The hotel is located on main route opposite bustop and 15 minute taxi ride from aerceffe airport. Hotel is spacious, clean and comfortable. Food is excellent. Grounds are well kept

Pros:

Nice hotel in a stunning location. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Food at dinner could have been hotter. Staff in the dining room and poolside bar were grumpy and on one occasion rude.
Their behaviour left a lot to be desired and really isn't good enough.
