Hôtel très agreable et personnel aux petits soins.
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant, la propreté, une bonne literie et de jolies chambres. Les repas et petits déjeuner sous forme de buffet est de qualité. Les piscines et extérieurs sont très agréables.

Have hotel booked again for new year celebrations.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Dining room staff very friendly and obliging. Location is perfect for long walks and yet is close to town. Entertainment very good.

Cons:

Too much pork on the menu. No beef, I don't mean veal. Waited over thirty minutes for bar waiters. Eventually went to bar myself. Otherwise stay was wonderful.

Very enjoyable but the hotel just needs to be refreshed.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. The pools were great but as usual you had the numpties out at 6:30 throwing their towels on the beds. Despite this we never really had an issue getting two beds, just not always by the pool. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the afternoon game activities, especially the drinks voucher for the winner.

Cons:

Overall the hotel just feels a bit worn and tired. It could benefit from a freshen up.

Cons:

I don't think my superior room was really superior. There was no tea or coffee facility safe and fridge had to be paid for. I found having to step into the shower to get towels and the towel rail was to high . There was no leaflets in the room giving information about the hotel. I wanted to change dinner to lunch one day and didn't know that I had to give one days notice. Overall I enjoyed my stay food very good staff very pleasant

Tudo excelente.
Dizem que os quartos são antigos, sim mas muito confortáveis, a limpeza era excelente, os funcionários todos sem exceção, foram muito prestáveis, simpáticos, amáveis, educados.
Ambiente dos hóspedes muito tranquilo.
