Dizem que os quartos são antigos, sim mas muito confortáveis, a limpeza era excelente, os funcionários todos sem exceção, foram muito prestáveis, simpáticos, amáveis, educados.

Soggiorno piacevole, fresco per 10 gg. Mare e spiagge perfette. Albergo accogliente e cibo buono

La struttura è accogliente in una balla posizione sul mare. Il cibo è buona e il servizio è attento e gentile con la clientela.

Cons:

Sono 4 anni che soggiorno in questo albergo, acquistando su questa piattaforma, ma quando mi vengono assegnate le camere devo sempre discutere perché mi vogliono dare le camere al piano zero o prima che sono caratterizzate da temperature più alte pur avendo scritto alla struttura le mie preferenze per piani superiori. Alla mio rifiuto del piano 0 e primo la risposta è stata che dipende dal prezzo. La mia risposta è stata che su Booking la differenza la fa la vista e nulla è indicato per assegnazione delle camere ai piani. Comunque alla fine mi hanno sempre accontentato ma preferirei non trovarmi più in questa situazione.

Great location. Excellent food. Kind and professional staff.

Cons:

The property would benefit from a renovation; at the very least, the hotel should be updated as it feels slightly dated. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi needs to be improved, perhaps by installing additional signal boosters, since there is no reception at all on the 4th floor.
Also me and my girlfriend requested and got a room change since in the previous room 2620 in the toilet had some little cockroaches. Not the best but the staff was kind and efficient to provide us with a new room and there was no problem in that. But maybe is would be better to prevent this case, with a deeper cleaning and checking of the rooms.

I've stayed there many times. The food is good. Entertainment is good

Cons:

I thought the pool bar should stay open till about 7. Its lovely to sit there between 5 and 7 in the evening as it is windy on the terrace

Bien mais un peu cher
Pros:

Petit déjeuner: excellents pancakes, très bonne qualité/quantité de fruits
Diner: très bon pain et large choix de viande, très bon rapport qualité prix des boissons
Emplacement: très bien desservi par la ligne de bus n°3

Cons:

Petit déjeuner: mettre plus d'eau plate à disposition, le stand omelette n'est pas assez rapide, les viennoiseries ne sont pas fraiches, pas assez de jus de fruits frais
Diner : qualité des pâtes très moyenne, pas assez de gâteau, besoin de mettre du café sans avoir à aller au bar à l'étage supérieur, mettre de l'eau plate à disposition, proposer plus de poissons et de spécialités espagnoles
Piscine: besoin impératif de permettre la baignade après 18h30 (au moins 20h), besoin d'améliorer la gestion des transat autour de la piscine (les gens réservent des transats toute la journée sans les occuper la plus part du temps)
Chambre: mettre des bouteilles d'eau à disposition
Ambiance générale: bon hôtel mais un peu vieillot (à moderniser)
