Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived we were unhappy with our room and they changed us

Hotel muy recomendable, muy bien situado con la playa de los Pocillos al lado.
Pros:

Vistas y localización. También el hecho de tener parking.

Cons:

Un poco rígido el horario de buffet en la cena, con rápida recogida casi antes de la hora.

In het algemeen een goed verblijf, mooi weer met heel veel wind.
Pros:

Receptie personeel en schoonmaak ploeg zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
Kamer zeer proper en netjes. Aangenaam goed verwarmd zwembad en voldoende stoelen en ligbedden in de tuin en rond het zwembad. Maaltijden in het algemeen goed. Mooie tuin met prachtige palmbomen. Hotel direct aan zee gelegen, aangenaam voor diegene die een goed geörienteerde kamer hebben.

Cons:

Eéntonig buffet, grootkeuken en niet verfijnd. Elke dag wel wereldkeuken gerecht maar niet smaakvol klaargemaakt.
Avondmaal in winterseizoen tot 21u30. Kom je binnen rond 20u-20u30, dan is het personeel al bezig met opruimen voor de afsluit. Precies alsof je komt in een versnelde film terecht. Restaurant personeel vriendelijk ten opzichte van 'hotel habitués'. Ik daarentegen heb hen als niet vriendelijk ervaren.
