Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable
. And the staff were healpful and nice.

Cons:

It just happened that there was hotel construction our whole stay. This affected the breakfast, both what was served and our first day we were given a bag breakfast. We realize this is unusual.it would not stop our staying there on a return trip.

Don't go there. Uncaring staff.
Pros:

Room, Although the windows looked out to the garbage cans in the back of Ross store.

Cons:

They were doing construction on the building. The whole building had construction workers working inside and out no breakfast, no nothing.

They said they had been working for almost a year, with a jack hammer in the lobby.

They should not be renting units when construction is going on all over the building. They had none of the amenities that they advertised.

Pros:

Staff was rude to us they doesn’t know how to talk with people electricity problem I stayed there at night and I wasn’t able to sleep bcz AC was not working if I tried to on the lights they were not working too o asked for refund that I didn’t get it from them. Also one of the employees she humiliated us infornt of other tourists that was embarrassing.if I asked for the manager she said I can’t meet with a manager. They are super bad

I’ll do it again, but fix your entry point and back parking spaces before you charge premium.
Pros:

I liked top floor as step-noise-reduction, the shower area , the couch and the bed.

Cons:

It was a nice place , but there was construction at entrance and the rear parking lot was unattended, trees and brushes were blocking parking spaces.
The television channel selection was terrible, not even local news available!

Seems like a lack of planning to me
Pros:

The staff was nice.

Cons:

The construction was super inconvenient. The elevator was down and there was no breakfast, just a bagged breakfast. Also, there was no allergy accommodation. So I had nothing to eat since I can not have wheat or milk. Were very disappointed this time around.

It was okay. Could have been better.
Pros:

It’s close to the freeway.

Cons:

I was disappointed to find out that they are remodeling the hotel but are still open. There is a makeshift front desk in a corner in the lobby. The elevators are not in service so you have to carry all your luggage up the stairs, and there is building material scattered all over the lobby. Truly dissatisfied.
