An overall satisfying stay from booking to checkout. Hilton does it best!
Pros:

Excellent location near restaurants and entertainment. The parking garage was nice since the hotel is in a busy downtown area with limited street parking. I also found the hotel signage helpful. A nice property, well maintained. Welcoming and pleasant.

Cons:

Not a problem for me, but since the hotel is downtown with restaurants and entertaiinment very near, street noise was noticeable, but not overwhelming or invasive. I only mention here because the hotel sits on a busy intersection.

Unable to sleep the entire night.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the room was nice.

Cons:

The noise from the traffic was horrible and lasted the entire night. It was impossible to sleep.

Prima. Fijne kamer, goed bed en goede douche
Pros:

Ontbijt: voldoende keuze. Personeel: vriendelijk, behulpzaam. Locatie: prima gelegen t.o.v. old town en CHI Health Center, allemaal op loopafstand. En dicht bij het vliegveld!

The staff seem not very informed on services offered at the hotel or of the reservation made. OUR reservation included breakfast each day. Upon arrival the staff said we don't offer breakfast, after asking the next day , staff voiced you need to pay for breakfast. We went out due to frustration. Later in the day and staff # 3 and asking again, oh yes here are your breakfast coupons they should have given you at check in. Please educate your staff.

Nice room. I am sure the price is competitive, but for a place to lay your head for the night it was pricey.

Very loud thru out the night and early morning hours from traffic outside. Very busy area.

The staff were absolutely amazing!! The location is perfect also. The beds are comfy.

Cons:

There’s a few areas that could be fixed in the room/ceiling. Paying $25 a day to park. Even if you stay the night, it’s not just $25 for over night parking. It’s a charge for each day, even if you check out after one night stay.
