Great location, clean rooms/ elevators/ pool room, good level of security and friendly staff!
Pros:

It was close to CHI center where I needed to be for dance competition. It was clean and staff was friendly.

Cons:

My only complaint was no fault of the hotels. Since we stayed on a bus weekend we could hear all the screaming of people downtown and the loud cars in our hotel room at night.

An overall satisfying stay from booking to checkout. Hilton does it best!
Pros:

Excellent location near restaurants and entertainment. The parking garage was nice since the hotel is in a busy downtown area with limited street parking. I also found the hotel signage helpful. A nice property, well maintained. Welcoming and pleasant.

Cons:

Not a problem for me, but since the hotel is downtown with restaurants and entertaiinment very near, street noise was noticeable, but not overwhelming or invasive. I only mention here because the hotel sits on a busy intersection.

Pros:

Nice room. I am sure the price is competitive, but for a place to lay your head for the night it was pricey.

Cons:

Very loud thru out the night and early morning hours from traffic outside. Very busy area.
