the ocean was close....
The hotel needs updated. everything was so older. The sheets were clean however they looked old. I also picked a king room and it gave the impression it had a hot-tub in the room which it did not. so disappointing specially for the price we paid.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and the pool was fun for the grandkids.

The staff was wonderful! The room, lobby, and breakfast room was clean. We enjoyed the cookies in the evening and the free breakfast every morning.
The view from our room wasn't ideal! We were located on the second floor over looking the roof and vents for the lobby.

A fire alarm woke all of us up sometime between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m. The children were frightened, we were frightened and the staff could never give us an explanation of why the alarm went off.
The bed was very comfortable. The TV had no instructions. The breakfast was good but since I have a dietary issue I couldn't eat most of what was available. It was clean.
I had requested an early check-in and received a message from the site that they could accomodate my request but they couldn't check me in untill 4 PM. The elevator took forever and there was only one.
The hotel was close to where I was visiting a relative and close to access to the beach.
The room stated that there was a partial view of the beach which is not true. There was a view of trees. Also, there were multiple dirty towels and stains on the bedding. We also had another guest across from us. With young children that screamed for the whole 2 days. We were there. The sink also had a clog. So if you left the water running, it filled up halfway.And was very slow to drain. I notified them the day we were leaving that there was a problem with the sink.
The hotel was clean, but very dated with an old smell to the room.
It was very noisy. You could hear people all night long. The breakfast was awful. We didn't even end up eating anything.
Breakfast and close to town and beach trail. Probably ok had good hours and they made fresh cookies daily.
Found mold in one of the beds between box spring and mattress. Trail to beach was overgrown a bit felt like a tunnel to boardwalk.
