Atención del personal muy buena, tanto de recepción como en restaurante. La habitación muy cómoda, se pudo dormir bien. Los alimentos en el desayuno muy rico y buena variedad.

First, the room was not ready at the official check-in time of 15:00 and was only made available at 16:00. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and disrupted our schedule.

Additionally, there was ongoing reconstruction work directly above our room, including drilling and hammering starting at 08:00 in the morning, including during the weekend. No prior notice was provided regarding these works, which significantly impacted our comfort and rest.

Furthermore, there were consistently long queues at reception for basic service requests, and the phone in the room was not functioning, making it even more difficult to receive assistance.

Las instalaciones recién remodeladas me parecieron increíbles, el personal muy amable y atento, todas las amenidades y espacios en perfectas condiciones (una parte del hotel sigue en remodelacíon) pero está quedando increíble.

el unico detalle que comentaria es que me tocó una de las habitaciones recien remodeladas, muy bonita el unico detalle es que aun siguen haciendo remodelaciones y se escuchaban martillazos a las 10 am y tuve que tomar una llamada laboral fuera del hotel y de mi habitación.

El desayuno completo y rico. El servicio del capitán el segundo día fue muy bueno.
Nos quedó cerca del hospital Zambrano, motivo de nuestra visita a Monterrey.
El servicio del bell boy muy bueno! Nos asistió con el equipaje, nos dio recomendaciones y nos orientó dando explicaciones del hotel.

Cons:

El servicio del staff. La chica que nos hizo el check in con mala postura, sin interactuar, tardó varios minutos en buscar la reserva y, no fue sino hasta que otra persona le asistió, la encontró.
El servicio del restaurante también deja mucho que desear. Que te reciba una persona que está sentada detrás de un carrito bostezando y viendo el celular no es lo más adecuado.
Lavamanos y regadera tapados. El push del WC no servía correctamente, uno no funcionaba y el otro se atoraba.
Cabello en el piso del baño del huésped anterior. La supervisora del departamento abrió la puerta de la habitación sin tocar ni anunciarse.
