Que está en remodelación y tiene costo extra tomar una habitación remodelada.
La ubicación en Monterrey Valle es privilegiada, su accesibilidad es buenísima. Las instalaciones súper limpias y muy cómodas (cortinas que dejan oscuro el cuarto sin importar la hora). La atención del personal es muy buena.
La conexión wifi fue mala. Prácticamente no la podias usar.

El personal de recepción super amable desde las llamadas hasta cuando llegas al hotel, el personal de restaurante igualmente muy serviciales y amables en todo momento.
El Internet no es muy bueno pero no es lo importante
Atención del personal muy buena, tanto de recepción como en restaurante. La habitación muy cómoda, se pudo dormir bien. Los alimentos en el desayuno muy rico y buena variedad.
El escusado del baño se siente muy inestable.
