Le personnel fait la différence
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était bien, très copieux. Ma chambre était correcte : toujours propre, le lit était vraiment confortable, mais elle était un peu vieillotte par rapport aux photos, idem avec les couloirs des étages.
Le grand point positif de cet établissement est sans doute le personnel. Tous ont été très aimables, souriants, à l'écoute de mes besoins et ont su me donner des bons conseils. Je voudrais juste leur dire : merci pour la qualité de votre travail !

Nuestra estancia en familia
Pros:

Habitación cómoda, limpia, la programación de Tv muy buena, que tienen servicio de hospedaje para mascotas, excelente ubicación para nosotros que fuimos a realizar un trámite y el servicio de transportación del propio del hotel.
Probamos algunos alimentos, por cierto tienen servicio a la habitación 24 hrs. Esto nos gusto👍. Personal amable y rápido para check in y check out.

Cons:

El estacionamiento reducido y esperábamos tener una habitación en un nivel más superior, pero por la mascota estuvimos en el primer piso, porque así lo tienen asignado a este tipo de hospedaje con mascotas. No me gustó el postre de frambuesa con chocolate.
