Extremely disappointing experience at Novotel Monterrey Valle, especially considering the standards one should expect from an international hotel chain.
On Saturday, our room was not cleaned at all on Saturday as well as when I requested an iron board I didnt receive one even they promised me to bring me one (i received one at the end from a cleaner). Even more frustrating was the handling of a second room we had booked for a colleague. We asked the reception three times to notify us as soon as the room was ready, as we had to leave for a wedding at 3 PM. Each time, we were assured we would be informed, but nobody ever contacted us.
As a result, my colleague had to stay in my room, and we ended up paying for an additional room that we couldn't use as planned.
When I raised these issues with the hotel, the only response was an apology. No solution, compensation, or meaningful effort to address the situation was offered.
Mistakes can happen, but repeated communication failures and a complete lack of accountability are unacceptable at this price level. Very disappointing, and certainly not the service I would expect from Novotel. I would not stay here again.

La variedad en el desayuno y la amabilidad de los meseros.
El estacionamiento, no se si por haber eventos externos del hotel han interrumpido personas externas a ocupar el lugar para los huéspedes.
So clean and close to nice spots in San Pedro
Check-in could be earlier but also the luggage was saved for the staff, the pool was dirty and cold so we couldn’t swim
