Pros:

Desk receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating. Main bedroom was very nice.

Cons:

The sleeper couch was not comfortable and that's the first time we had to make our own bed (for the sleeper couch). Bedroom TV did not work. Someone else's hair in bathtub.

Pros:

Noisy with rude guest. Dog next door barked and howled. Large dog. Seemed that guest had lots of people going in and out of room half the night slamming door? Noisy behind room back of hotel, people congregating outside my back window on first floor. Options low inventor6 for guest to buy anything? Did accommodate an early arrival for 2:30 pm but had to call twice and show up early to ask. My stay was short due to early flight.

Cons:

Hotels should not have check in for 4pm guest. That’s way to late for people trying to get in a room and rest for their stay and most of them people weren’t leaving by 11 am they were checking out by noon and 1 pm leaving minimal time for cleaning for next guest. Because late check, you get screwed because most people are out before7am like me to catch flight then you are paying for very short stay. Should be changed

Loud group of drinkers outside hotel window, until late 10PM, had an early flight,
At 6:00AM checkout no one at the desk to check out so I did not receive a receipt.

So disappointing that we will not return.
Pros:

Location and previous stays. Friendliness of staff who tried to correct problems with cleanliness, damaged rooms and unhealthy facilities.

Cons:

Unsafe, damaged facilities and lack of communication between both on site staff and third party booking site. Management were never on site during stay. Final day locked out of room. Took 45 minutes to resecure entrance to our room and belongings.
It appears the property is still trying to contact me although I have returned to my home in Massachusetts. No messages have been left. Verified terms of our stay 5 separate times.

Good place to stay in the Cleveland area if you are traveling with dogs.
Pros:

Location is easy-on, easy-off I-480. There is a Walmart withing walking distance and a mall and plenty of restaraunts in the immediate area. We stayed in a suite with two beds and a kitchenette which helped a lot since I am on a special diet. The kitchenette was fairly well supplied: nice size refrigerator and pantry, toaster, coffee maker, two-burner convection stove and microwave.

Cons:

One of the plates in the cupboard was super greasy, likely overlooked because it was a white plate and the grease was clear. There was no door mat to wipe your feet. Because of the snowstorm, we tracked a lot of ice and salt into the room and I ended up using one of the hand towels to "sweep" and dry the floor so my socks wouldn't get wet. Neither light in the microwave worked (interior light or surface light). Not a huge deal, but a little inconvenient. There was a full set of utensils, but of the 4 spoons, only one was regular size, the other 3 were soup spoon size. Not a huge deal except when trying to use the spoon to get something out of a jar. The convection stove took a LONG time to simply heat water.

Very comfortable and welcoming.
Pros:

I didn't have breakfast. I thought the staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful from the check in staff to housekeeping to maintenance. The place had a comfortable feel to it. They had outdoor grills for guests to cook on and free laundry facilities.

Cons:

Not sure if this could be fixed but the hallways got a little smelly on some days.
