Loved the stay, family-friendly, beautiful pool and games area!
Pros:

I travel regularly for work, but this time I came with my family. The front office staff were very kind and patient. In fact, one of the supervisors offered to upgrade us so we had Club Access both days, which led to my family and I being able to have breakfast each morning at no additional charge. The housekeeping staff were friendly and everyone had a smile on their face. Not sure what the Managers are doing here, but clearly it is working. The pool area went a step ahead by even having cornhole and a ping pong table. The grounds were well kept and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, I was very happy with my stay - highly recommend.

Cons:

There were some stains on the wall or carpets within the hotel which weren't ideal but the service and experience overall from the staff MORE than made up for it.

Cons:

Some rooms are remodeling and there was too much noise that you can’t sleep during the day because of the loud noise, next to my room. The should not have room available next to the ones are getting remodeling
