Everything, the starf was x good

Gute Metro Anbindung, ca 400m entfernt, man kommt überall gut hin, Essensmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der Umgebung, englischsprechendes Personal, hilfsbereit,
tolle Auswahl beim Frühstück, für jeden was dabei.
Sauberkeit war auch top.

The helper named Joy at breakfast was exceptional and the server in the lobby was lovely.

We chose this hotel for its prime location in Yuzhong District about a 30 minute taxi ride from the high-speed rail station. As Diamond members, we were upgraded to an apartment suite. It was my first time staying in this type of suite, and the space was enormous: a full living room upon entry, a separate bedroom, and even a bathroom with a bathtub. Having two toilets was also a nice touch. We also got two bottles of drinks anf one was a coke made with Chinese herbs.

That said, this is the first Hilton property in Chongqing, and it does show its age. The facilities feel dated and could benefit from a refresh.

On the positive side, we enjoyed the amenities, including the pool and a complimentary Saturday yoga flow class, which was a fun one-hour session. The standout, however, was the breakfast—exceptionally extensive with a wide selection of both Western options and local Chongqing specialties. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully presented.

Service throughout our stay was excellent. Vivi, the restaurant assistant manager, was friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. The executive lounge was also great that they served hot food items from 6 pm to 8 pm during happy hour.

In terms of location, it’s hard to beat. We relied mostly on Didi taxis for convenience, though the metro is only a few minutes away. From the hotel, it was easy to visit major attractions like Hongya Cave, Kuixinglou Square (the famous 22nd floor that feels like ground level), and Liziba Station.

Overall, the location and service are standout strengths, but the property would greatly benefit from a renovation to keep up with newer Hilton standards.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Hilton Chongqing. The hotel is in a convenient location and made it easy for us to explore the city. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great way to start each day.

The staff were generally very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. I would especially like to give a special shout-out to Luke and Brenda, who assisted us most of the time with our concerns and questions. Since it was our first time visiting Chongqing and we have limited Chinese proficiency, their help meant a lot to us.

They were extremely patient and went out of their way to help us navigate the city, assist with placing Meituan food orders, and even help us collect our Taobao deliveries. Their kindness and support made our stay much smoother and more enjoyable.

Thank you to the team at Hilton Chongqing for the warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing.
