I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t have been better – just steps away from plenty of great restaurants, bars, and nightlife, which made it easy to enjoy the city without worrying about long commutes or rideshares. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself felt calm and comfortable, giving me the best of both worlds.
The room was clean, modern, and well-kept, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. I especially appreciated how easy check-in and check-out were – smooth and stress-free.
If you’re looking for a spot that combines convenience, comfort, and access to plenty of dining and entertainment, this hotel is a perfect choice. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Séjour très agréable, l'hôtel est très bien tenu le personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses avec un petit balcon. Le parc est incroyablement beau et entretenu, et la piscine bien placée .

Chambre propre et confortable mais moquette au sol et surtout en guise de chevets des poufs en tissu donc impossible à nettoyer et désinfecter entre chaques clients... Certes ça fait cosy mais du point de vue hygiène c'est moyen....
En revanche la salle du petit déjeuner n'a rien de cosy.

Séjour très agréable avec des chambres décorée avec goût. Un petit déjeuner excellent. Seul bémol pour le spa à l’hôtel Mercure à côté, eau trop froide, moment raccourci par cette problématique. Très belle piscine mais personne n’y va car l’eau n’est pas à une température agréable.

Hotel vraiment très bien, c'est notre 2ème séjour
Pros:

Nous somme habitué car nius avons déjà passé un séjour de 4 nuit pour le réveillon de 31 décembre 2023.
Nous avons mêm fait le réveillon au restaurant le FLO qui est celui de l'hotel MERCURE mais la même chaine que l'hotel IBIS Styles.
Pettit déjeuner commpris avec un buffet excelent avec tellement de choix, c'est super.
Nous adorons Aix les Bains et depuis l'hotel nous allons chaque jour à pied au centre ville d'Aix les Bains qui n'est pas ytrop lojn à pied, environ 1,5km aller et 1,5km retour plus le tour de la ville soit environ 5km maximum au toaly par jour.
En plus la marche c'est très très bon pour la santé.

Profitez aussi une balade à Chambéry.

Lav standard hotell som viser bilder av fasiliteter som tilhører andre hotell. Det er kun et utendørs basseng. Luktet vår hund på rommet… Frokosten er av den enkleste sorten. Bestikk, glass og fat er som regel skitne.

Un espoir de bien être malheureusement déçu...
Pros:

Depuis longtemps je voulais aller à Marlioz... Mais entre hotel vieillot (et cela se voit malgré les efforts de remodeling) et l'impossibilité d'accéder aux piscines le soir après 19h (sauf l'extérieure (je ne suis pas frileux mais ma compagne oui!!))
Le restaurant aurait pu sauver la soirée, mais le serveur devait être débutant ou troublé par moi ou ma compagne..., le plat avec des pommes de terre à peine cuites et le dessert avec un ananas dur à couper à la cuillère... Non vraiment j'ai été déçu... Et pour finir la soirée, on demande où sont les sachets de Thé alors qu'il y a de l'eau chaude dans le contenant dans l'entrée de l'hotel et réponse laconique "on en met le matin là il n'y en a plus"... ALORS ENLEVEZ L'EAU!!!
