La chambre était très très sale, le couloir aussi les escaliers l emplacement n est pas très sécurisé ou on se sent moins en sécurité, personnel très négligent je ne recommande pas le logement meme pas une nuit

Thank you for being accommodating!
Pros:

Staff is awesome and love how big the mobility access rooms are especially when we need the space for medical supplies for an elderly guest.

Cons:

Mobility bathrooms need more thorough cleaning (the shower chair/bench installed.) Especially between guests with immobility issues. Not every guest travel with their cleaning supplies like I do . I felt bad for whoever had stayed before us. Hope they feel better.

Stayed 2 nights. Stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. Location was close to airport and to were I had to go. Close to Walmart that was a seven minute walk from the hotel. There is a mall not too far "Intercity shopping Centre". Our tv did not work on the second night, when I called front desk she came up and tried to fix it. We were changed to another room. Overall. a good stay and I would go back if ever in Thunder Bay.

Cons:

It was good for what was offered, but I do wish there were more variety for breakfast.

Pros:

Decent breakfast that was regularly attended to and refreshed - no complaints there. Beds were comfortable and rooms appear recently updated. Friendly staff throughout.

Breakfast was fine. Some of the people hanging around the parking lot concerned us a little, but nothing of concern occurred.

The room could use more sockets in some places. It was difficult to use my computer.
