Damp room. Wet carpet.
Pros:

Sadly the same wet carpet damp 3rd floor room problem I’ve read about. We switched rooms. Second room had the same issue if not worse. Everything in the room is damp. Carpet by the AC unit is soaked. I was offered extra towels to mop up the wetness. . I hate to think about the mold issue they could develop.

close to the hospital for recovery of medical procedures
Pros:

didn't eat breakfast but was given decaf coffee at no cost b/c only 1 decaf keurig in my room

They randomly cancelled my stay when my weekend became a 'premium weekend' due to an unexpected football game so they can sell the room for more $. I'm Titanium Elite FWIW....

Overwhelming Odor and Poor Cleanliness
Pros:

Upon entering my room, I noticed an overwhelming musty odor and immediately requested a change. While the front desk staff responded promptly, the new room had the same issue. The odor was so strong it made it difficult to rest. The lighting was poor, the wallpaper appeared discolored, and the vents and room overall did not seem well cleaned. Most concerning, the toiletries in the sink area had clearly been used. This property needs major attention to cleanliness and maintenance.
