Comfortable and a good location, but no provided breakfast
Pros:

It was a nice hotel and the bed was comfortable. A plus that there was a Sam’s Club and Walmart right across the street.

Cons:

On Booking.com. It says you can purchase a breakfast for $10 per person which made me think there was a buffet breakfast you could purchase but when we got up it’s just a price per item type breakfast. I think the cheapest thing was like $12. And the response from the hotel was lacking regarding the breakfast confusion and the fact that the pool was absolutely freezing even for a heated pool. I understand it has to be at a certain temperature, but I’ve been in hotels with pools that were way more comfortable. I mean, we couldn’t even get in past our knees before it was too cold. I doubt we would stay here again because of not providing breakfast, which most hotels do automatically and the pool.

Not much at all.

Cons:

The hotel has mice. We left the hotel that night because we saw one running on the floor. Absolutely embarrassing for me as I picked the hotel and my wife wasn't happy. I wasted money

Staying here was a very good experience.
Pros:

The location was great. We were there for a high school function and the location worked very well, There were a lot of food choices located nearby. Our room had a balcony, which I loved. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again if back in the same area.

Cons:

There was some construction going on at the hotel. It did not cause any real problems or issues though.

Pros:

Location was perfect - close to my corporate location. Front desk personnel are attentive and know how to manage customers - even difficult ones. I (unfortunately) shared the 2nd floor hallway with ~20 9-year old hockey team and they played net hockey in the hallway for close to an hour. No parents in sight. Bonnie at the front desk took care of it before I lost my cool. : ) The breakfast sandwiches they make for guests are out of this world. So thanks for THAT!

Cons:

They're doing work on the front entrance at this Marriott and another one near by - so it's a bit cold eating at their little restaurant area. But it's a work in progress!

Nice hotel
Pros:

Check in went smoothly and the front desk person was very friendly. The rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. Did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. We were there for a sleepover for 5 - 13 year old girls so the proximity to the mall and the indoor pool were both huge selling points for us.

Cons:

The WiFi was agonizingly slow. It was pretty much impossible to use Netflix on the tv

It was a very comfortable, friendly and quiet stay.
Pros:

Very modern contemporary and clean. I love the bar and staff were so friendly to me. I will stay here again anytime I’m in the area

Pros:

All staff from front desk to bistro were nice. Convenient location with many food options within walking distance

Cons:

Bathroom design wasn’t great. Shower was very narrow and room didn’t smell the freshest. A light fixture in room had pulled away from wall and a remodel was occurring on the exterior.

Pros:

The AC filters needed cleaned real bad, and it let out a loud rattle ever time the compressor came on, made it rough to get any sleep. Maybe offering at least a cup of coffee and toast or bagel complimentary would have been nice.

Renovating? Let folks know!
Pros:

Hotel undergoing renovations which we never told about when booking this hotel. When we arrived, they said it was only to the outside. Not the case. Fitness Center and pool both closed. Really feel like we should have received a discounted rate for everything we missed during a week's stay. Normally, love staying at Marriott properties. Not so much this time.
