Cons:

Sehr laut, da das Hotel an der Straße liegt, man hört sehr laut die Straßenbahn.
Und die Teppiche im Zimmer waren sehr dreckig.

Das Hotel bietet mehr, als man für den Übernachtungspreis erwartet. Wir kommen gern wieder.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und haben alles, was man braucht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geht in Ordnung.
Die Speisen und Getränke im Restaurant schmecken sehr gut und sind nicht überteuert. Allerdings entsprach die Speisekarte nicht dem Onlineangebot der Speisen und Getränke auf der Homepage. Trotzdem ist das Essen empfehlenswert.
Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und schmackhaft. Es werden verschiedene frisch gemahlenen Kaffeespezialitäten angeboten. Neben frischen Obst und Obstsalat gibt es alles, was das Frühstücksherz begehrt.
Sehr vorteilhaft ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel und die Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Der Hotelausweis berechtigt zum Benutzen der Straßenbahn, die wenige Meter vor dem Hotel abfährt.

Frühstück lecker und sehr viel Auswahl.

Cons:

Als wir ankamen war laut dem Mann an der Rezeption das Zimmer noch nicht frei. Wir sollten warten und bekamen dafür eine Flasche Wasser, sehr aufmerksam. Nach 2x Nachfragen und immer der selben Antwort das es noch nicht fertig sei gab es einen Schichtwechsel an der Rezeption. Jetzt (~1hspäter) sagte die Dame das wir dann halt ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.....Vielen lieben Dank. Kamen uns schon sehr komisch vor das ca. 60 Menschen vor uns eingecheckt hatten und wir immer noch da sitzen.
