Pleasant but not perfect.
Pros:

Staff was great and good value.

Cons:

Common area carpet is showing its age and wasn’t consistently clean. Our shower didn’t function 100% well.

It was close to our destination.

Cons:

The walls are very thin and we could hear everything in the hallway and next door when trying to sleep. Breakfast also didn't start early enough for us.

Overall good quality for the price.
Pros:

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

The night clerk, a young fellow, used language that wasn’t the most professional. He asked me, “Do I have only you here for 2 nights?” I’m guessing he already had this info from the booking. No need to ask unless he was required to double check. If so, I might have phrased it differently.

Not very good. Way over priced for what we got.
Pros:

The beds were way too soft, and itchy sheets. I thought there were bed bugs, and the room smelled very unclean. The floors were sticky.very poor quality room. I would not stay there again.

The location was excellent for our ourposes.
