Great place and value!
Pros:

Modern, well maintained, very clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Natalia from the restaurant was phenomenal and took great care of us.
The place is conveniently located across a small commercial area with lots of different restaurants.

Cons:

There were lots of tiny ants that came out of nowhere in the room after the smallest thing (glass of water, food)

Pros:

Primera vez en el hotel. Una noche, tres personas. El personal muy amable. Especialmente Karoll en la recepción y Natalia en el bar. Habitación amplia y cómoda. De hecho -como atención- nos hicieron un "upgrade" a una habitación con balcón. También dejaron un pedazo de torta para celebrar a la cumpleañera. Se agradeció la atención.

Cons:

El desayuno estuvo bien, sin embargo no pude disfrutar del último desayuno tico completo ya que no tenían salsa lizano 🥹 Fue una sorpresa terrible para una amante del gallo pinto.

Very nice room, super clean and very comfortable.

The bed was amazing

Cons:

The breakfast included with the reservation was awful, so we order from the menu, however my husband ordered Eggs Benedit, and it was horrible (with cinnamon bread, and it was nothing near benedits). We did not complained, but the waiter noticed the eggs were not touched, so he asked it there was a problem so we told him. He came back with the Manager, and apologized as it was clear those were not what we had ordered, so they remove the order from our bill. That was very nice and showed how much they care.

Pros:

Wij kwamen in Costa Rica in de avond aan en verbleven hier om de volgende dag naar La Fortuna te reizen.
Uitstekend hotel, ruime kamer met zeer comfortabele bedden en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Hotel muy agradable y la gente espectacular
Pros:

Excelente hotel, buen servicio, personal amable, la ubicación es buena debe trasladarse al centro de San José y demás lugares en coche o bus que es costoso, tiene frente un gran mall, aunque atravesar la avenida para llegar es una gran aventura por el tráfico

La distancia a recorrer, se debe alquilar auto para trasladarse a todo lugar

Im floor (4. Stock) hat es sehr schlecht gerochen. Fast wie Urin. Konnte auch wegen ein Duftdefuser sein.
