Wij kwamen in Costa Rica in de avond aan en verbleven hier om de volgende dag naar La Fortuna te reizen.
Uitstekend hotel, ruime kamer met zeer comfortabele bedden en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Hotel muy agradable y la gente espectacular
Pros:

Excelente hotel, buen servicio, personal amable, la ubicación es buena debe trasladarse al centro de San José y demás lugares en coche o bus que es costoso, tiene frente un gran mall, aunque atravesar la avenida para llegar es una gran aventura por el tráfico

Not as close to the airport as other hotels but great value and delicious breakfast too!
Pros:

very smart hotel which was great for a first night stay after the flight. Was a bit of a drive from the car but was better value for that reason. And the breakfast was delicious!

Hits the spot like an ice cream on a hot day
Pros:

I was greeted by Sylvia on arrival, clearly an experienced host/leader. I’m a very chill traveler and usually stay under the radar so don’t require special treatment.

Sylvia went above to make me feel special. I noticed that even though I was switched rooms (to accommodate for an early arrival) she ensured I got a welcome treat and a note in my new room. During the check-in process, I was given plenty of options, and her knowledge of the property shined through.

I know accomplishing this requires team effort, but I want to highlight her on her great approach, efficiency and engagement.

Because of this my stay, although short, was superb. Sylvia is first class

(Actually it’s my second time staying in the hotel, and the whole team at the desk has been nothing short of amazing) you have a great team hosting that arrival/ departure experience. Kudos to you
