El baño de la habitación muy incómodo, ducha incómoda, se sale el agua al bañarte, el shampoo muy mala calidad, feo olor, bidet incómodo.

Cons:

Hotel muy decadente, mantenimiento muy defectuoso (cortinas rotas o inexistentes, toalleros vencidos, etc), se nota que hace muchos años que no se invierte nada en él. El personal es correcto y al menos dio la cara cuando protestamos por el estado de las habitaciones. Teníamos tarjeta MINOR y quizás por eso conseguimos upgrade de habitación pero aún así el hotel no cumple con los estándares de su categoría, al menos en España. No recomiendo gastarse el dinero en este hotel hasta que no inviertan algo más en él.

breakfast seemed to have plenty of options w/ good ambiance, so I was happy to bring my family with me on this one
the pool on the top floor with the view of the city was also something that I liked

Cons:

the rooms in general are not very well designed and feel very old and outdated overall
due to this, the furniture are also misplaced and does not feel very organized or planned out well
THE WORST were the beds...they're very uncomfortable and the pillows seemed like sheets
one of the rooms we stayed at had the water clogged in the bathroom and water piled over the whole bathroom floor

Nice rooms (junior suites).
Nice bed, very comfortable.
Nice breakfast, good assortment
The pool was closed because it is winter time.
The staff was nice and available to answer all our questions.
WiFi is ok
Nice bathroom kits.

The light control in the room is bizarre.

There is no plug near the bed, where to connect the phone to recharge during nights.

There are some stairs to enter the hotel, which are uncomfortable with luggages.
