L'emplacement, la chambre ( suite) qui était grande et très propre, les petits mots attentionnés en arrivant dans la chambre, le petit déjeuner continental avec pas mal de choix.

Cons:

Plutôt un 4 étoiles sup qu'un 5 étoiles, manque un ou 2 transats à la piscine. Un problème de communication avant notre arrivée, car aucune réponse de mes 5 mails envoyés.

Um hotel clássico, em um ponto privilegiado que, infelizmente, deixa a desejar.
Pros:

Localização fantástica para explorar o microcentro e San Telmo.

Cons:

Quarto definitivamente precisava de renovação. As tomadas não funcionavam; o ar condicionado supostamente existia, mas não dava sinais de vida.

mala atención del personal de recepción.

limpieza y desayuno.

Cons:

el personal de la noche no tiene experiencia. se demoran mucho y hacen mal las operaciones de cobro, ubicación de habitación y selección de las misma. subimos y bajamos 3 veces por la inoperancia de los chicos que se notó que no están capacitados. por el elevado costo creo que tendrían que tener personal capacitado sí o sí.

Much better than I expected
Pros:

The hotel was better than expected after reading some negative reviews
The location is fantastic
The room spacious but outdated still has a bathtub with shower over
But everything is clean .
The maintenance person fixed our problem immediately very impressed
Reception are helpful.
The most annoying thing are the lifts the constant bing bong noise everything time it came to our floor as our room was very close so woke ne up very early every morning and late at night.
The breakfast was poor I didn't think much choice and not very appetising.
We didnt eat other than breakfast in the hotel
As plenty of choice outside the hotel
