Quartos amplos e confortáveis.
Estrutura do hotel muito boa.
Café da manhã excelente.
Pedimos um late check-out e o custo foi condizente com o tempo que ficamos a mais.

Cons:

Acredito que poderia ter tomadas para eletronicos ao lado da cama. Isso dificultou um pouco, mas contornamos.

An excellent base for a week of jiu jitsu and sightseeing
Pros:

My husband and I spent 6 nights at the NH City Hotel, where we were attending a week-long jiu jitsu event. The staff were very attentive - in particular Milton and Bautista at breakfast, who provided decent coffee and excellent service.
A massive thanks to Leonardo and the rest of the reception team, who responded to all of our enquiries with patience and professionalism - an issue with the shower head, needing extra blankets, and also use of an iron.
The only negative was the room location, as it did seem to be quite gloomy and a bit noisy from air conditioning units, but in hindsight we could have asked to move rooms.
