Much better than I expected
Pros:

The hotel was better than expected after reading some negative reviews
The location is fantastic
The room spacious but outdated still has a bathtub with shower over
But everything is clean .
The maintenance person fixed our problem immediately very impressed
Reception are helpful.
The most annoying thing are the lifts the constant bing bong noise everything time it came to our floor as our room was very close so woke ne up very early every morning and late at night.
The breakfast was poor I didn't think much choice and not very appetising.
We didnt eat other than breakfast in the hotel
As plenty of choice outside the hotel

Excellent location
Pros:

We stayed here for three nights prior to joining our cruise. It was in an excellent central location, just off Plaza de Mayo and not too far from the port. The room was very basic but comfortable and adequate for our needs. Breakfast was included and better than expected, there was plenty of choices and all good quality. As mentioned by previous reviewers, what lets this hotel down is the standard of service. It was difficult to get the attention of receptionists even when there were two or three apparently doing very little. And forget getting a drink at the bar, no bartender around and asking a receptionist to either get you a drink or find a bartender will get you nowhere.

Sin duda, volveremos!!
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a un paso de la casa Rosada y la Catedral, a pie de Puerto Madero y muy centrico. Volveria sin duda cuando vuelva a Buenos Aires

Estancia agradable por la cercania del centro

Del alojamiento me gustó su ubicación, al lado de la plaza de Mayo y casa rosada

Cons:

Nuestra habitacion no se correspondia co la categoria 5 estrellas del hotel, poco mobiliario y mal ubicado, sin enchufes al lado de las camas para tener los telefonos cerca, television antigua y con pocos canales, sin un mueble para descargar las maletas. Faltaban toallas.

Inchecken. Vooraf was gezegd te komen tussen 14 en 15 u. 'Mijn' kamer met nr. 715 was om 14 u niet klaar. Dit bleef zo tot 15u40, waarbij het meisje aan de receptie telkens zei dat ik nog even geduld moest hebben. Intussen kregen wel 50 mensen een kamer. Om 15u40 heb ik woedend geëist een kamer te krijgen. Plots kreeg is dan een andere kamer dan degene die het hotel voor mij oorspronkelijk voorzien had. Ineens ging het dus wel, maar mijn namiddag in Buenos Aires was wel zwaar gehypothekeerd. Zero punten dus voor de mensen verantwoordelijk voor de Check In aan de receptie! Het brood bij het ontbijt was verre van lekker.

La ubicación bien

Cons:

Aseo mal infraestructura mal desayuno mal cama muy mal.. fueron 2 camas de 1 1/2 plaza juntas. Piscina pesima las escaleras estan despegadas sueltas y peligrosas. Reposeras te sientas y se caen..

Que mal no se ve inversión... visitamos este mismo hotel 2 años atras y esta igual pero mas desgastado.

Die Einrichtung ist stark in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage ist super. Das Frühstück ist ansprechend.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Family Zimmer und man sieht, das die Einrichtung stark in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es gibt nur eine Ablagefläche für Koffer. Die anderen Koffer muss man auf dem Boden platzieren und hat somit keinerlei Zugang zum Bett. Es gibt keinerlei Steckdosen im Zimmer ( im kleinen Zimmer). Die Klimaanlage ist so laut, dass man sie nur tagsüber nutzen kann. Flecken auf Kissen und Handtücher. Ein Bademantel und Slipper für 4
Personen. Am Swimmingpool gibt es genau 6 Liegen, die natürlich nie frei sind, insofern kann man den Poolbereich nicht wirklich nutzen.
