Pros:

Kim, at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly. Love how centrally located and close to Clifton Hill the hotel is. The front desk staff always spoke to us when we entered the hotel, no matter what time of day (or night 😊) we returned.

Cons:

Never had any issues at the hotel over many stays.

Pros:

Overall everything was good and clean
washroom bath bed floor
cooler -AC was nice iron,

Cons:

the way receptionist asking question, wasn't friendly and kind, It wasn't the manner of asking questions of a guest, the conversation seemed like an interrogation between an interrogator and an accused.

Pros:

The location and room size. The location was right at the center of Niagara and close to most places we needed to go to.
The room was huge and the beds were quite comfortable

Cons:

I did not like the fact that the breakfast was without any liquid, not even water. The coffee was charged separately despite the fact that I paid for my breakfast at the hotel because it was not included in my booking. There was also no bathing soap

You’re paying for the location.
Pros:

Decent hotel in good location but it is totally over priced. Originally about $339 a night on Expedia, but after fees, taxes, a $35 “resort fee per person”, and $40 for 2 nights of parking two blocks away, the total for 2 nights was $903. Wow.
During pre check in, my only request was “a high room away from the elevator”. What room did we get? 712, right next to the elevator. The room had a funky smell and the couch had so many “stains” on it I wouldn’t sit on it. We are here for the falls, as most people are, so we’re not spending much time here. The pool is on the basement. Tons of kids enjoying it, but if you’re an adult, not so welcoming.

Good location and clean
Pros:

Rooms very clean

Cons:

I put in a request but it wasnt mentioned or considered. Room check in is always delayed after 4pm but when challenged this year there was a room all of a sudden available.
