There was nothing to like about it.
I recently stayed at the Vittoria Hotel in Niagara with my family (a party of 6), and unfortunately, it was far from a pleasant stay.
First, the parking situation was very frustrating. During check-in, I was told that all parking stalls were fully occupied, forcing us to pay for out-of-property parking about a 3-minute walk away from the hotel. However, when I checked at midnight and again very early the next morning, the exact same spots at the property were completely vacant. Charging exorbitant fees for one night while turning away guests under the guise of being "full" feels dishonest and poorly managed.
The room amenities were completely inadequate for the number of registered guests:
Sofa Bed: The sofa bed appeared uncleaned, and there were no extra bedsheets or blankets provided for it as per our accommodation size.
Toiletries: With 6 of us in the room, there wasn't even enough basic soap or shampoo provided.
Complimentary Items: We were given only 2 bottles of water and 4 coffee packets, with insufficient cream and sugar for our group.
To top it off, there was no breakfast provided, despite expecting it to be included as part of the stay (booked via Booking.com).
Between the lack of basic customer care, uncleaned sofa bed, misleading information on parking, and insufficient room supplies for a family, the extremely high room rate for a single night was not justified. I would not recommend this hotel.

No on site parking, no shower + body wash, no switch boards on both sides of the bed. View was below avg. A lot of things went downhill since i last stayed here
