Perfect
Pros:

The front desk staff made our stay amazing upgraded our room for our anniversary. Everything was beautiful. Quick check inn time and fast check out

Cons:

Been to this property six or seven times go to see family across to the US and make it a overnight thing stayed at multiple hotels in Niagara through the years tried this one about a year and a half ago and it’s my go to place will not go to any other hotel but this one love it

Pros:

Отель расположен в 20 минутах ходьбы от водопада.

Cons:

Чистые номера. Завтрак был включен в стоимость проживания. Персонал ресторана очень дружелюбный и внимательный.

We loved the Vitoria and will be back again.
Pros:

We have wanted to stay at the Victoria and we are so happy we did. The staff were excellent and very courteous. The room was immaculate and changed daily. In all honesty I don’t think I would want to stay anywhere else on our next trip.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect.
