Well located, comfortable and clean room, kind staff
Pros:

Front desk staff were kind and efficient. Clean and comfortable room. Free parking. Wish I had time to enjoy the free breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Sorry the pool area wasn't open.

A great place to stay when you’re in St. Louis.
Pros:

It was a very lovely hotel but the staff is what made it special. The breakfast was phenomenal because there was a need to order omelette and waffle bar.

Nice room, great breakfast, but possible bedbugs.
Pros:

Good location, parking is easy, room was well appointed, no carpet is a plus

Cons:

I awoke with many bug bites on my chest which were not there before I slept in the bed. I’m not sure what bug got me. Bedbugs?

It clean and I liked the most breakfast.

The bathroom water was so slow,affter onetime pull,the nextpull should be wait for 30minutes-40minutes.

ghetto and dirty and the staff was ghetto and rude to me after telling them my room dirty
Pros:

It was good. I don't like that they dont allow us to eat in our rooms. The breakfast area was exsteamly crowded and made me anxious. I don't like eating around other people.

My room was dirty : fridge wasn't clean, floors wasn't clean , shower wasn't clean.
My hot tub jets barely worked
My shower did not come with the touch screen controls like I was told it would
My shower head was pathetic and the pressure was almost non existent.
The staff was so rude to me when I told them my room was dirty. And they didn't absolutely NOTHING to try to help me or accommodate me. I called a manager serval times and even a week later have yet to hear from someone about my experience.

Cons:

Put in handicap room, which we didn't need. No carpet, no rugs on floor. Shower curtain hangs outside edge of curbless shower so water goes out on the floor. They did give us extra towels to help stop this. Just bad design.
