Would NOT recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome, beautiful lobby, several of the seniors working there were very pleasant.

Cons:

rooms not so clean, furniture stained ,two of the staff were exceptionally nasty, I mean really rude. We asked for replacement pillows because the ones provided in the room were awful. We placed the bad pillow s outside our door as we were instructed to do.The young man who brought us new pillows actually accused me of lying about them being the ones to be replaced. Like people just randomly put pillows outside of their room. Weird. We decided to spend another night and reserved the room for this. When we arrived back that evening, we were locked out of our room.The night clerk did not input our additional night. A simple phone call? Embarrassing me in front of a room of people.

Nice hotel with bathroom upgrades, but not for Side sleepers
Pros:

Spacious shower & room, breakfast quality & variety, well priced parking garage, refrigerator with freezer compartment.

Cons:

Bed was hard and pillows quickly went flat. Pool was under construction.

Nice beds. Lackluster buffet. Don’t splurge on this one.

Location was fine. Beds were comfy! Shower was great. Size of room was decent.

Cons:

For this facility having such high reviews, I was a little disappointed in this place… it wasn’t one thing specifically but an accumulation of things. We were booked on the 6th floor right underneath a very loud wedding, the room was bumping, we could hear every word to the songs. Luckily it quieted down around 1045PM but we were with our kids and that wasn’t fun. Our room also smelt a little dank and it was hard to get used to that. The ice machines didn’t work. Breakfast was ok, selection was amazing, but all food was really, really low quality. The feel of this place just felt kind of trashy with all the paper signs printed out all over the facility about parking, renovations, breakfasts, etc, it took away from any magic this place had to offer. Lots of things were under construction and I would have preferred to know this in advance. The room to the hotel room also had this sliver of a gap that allowed a lot of noise into the room from the hallway.

The buffet was amazing and ALL of the staff were so very accommodating and pleasant.

Cons:

The gal who checked me in on Saturday night had NO people skills. Rude. She didn't greet me it tell me hello when I approached the counter. She just stared at me. She was short and snippy during the check in process.

双台盆，淋浴水压也很好。
边套住房特别安静，没有人说话的声音也没有汽车的声音。
同价位酒店里早餐很好。

It sounded so great, but we will never return.

Clean, breakfast was good, and a couple of places to walk to.

Cons:

There IS NOT a sports bar/grill at the hotel. They said it's been closed since 2019. This was a selling point. The pool and game room were closed during spring break (sucky for the kids). We booked two king suites exactly the same, but they failed to tell us they have different sizes of king suites (this is not mentioned while booking). We ended up with a small one even though it was the same price as the bigger one. It sounded so great, but we will never return.
