Would stay again!
Pros:

After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant to book this hotel, however, the staff was great, the room was amazing, the shower my son who is 11 didn’t want to get out of it haha! The breakfast my whole family enjoyed! Husband loved the omelette and the staff in the breakfast area were so friendly! Overall I was very impressed!

Cons:

The parking at first was a little difficult at first but once we understood the directions, it was easy to get to!

Well located, comfortable and clean room, kind staff
Pros:

Front desk staff were kind and efficient. Clean and comfortable room. Free parking. Wish I had time to enjoy the free breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Sorry the pool area wasn't open.

A great place to stay when you’re in St. Louis.
Pros:

It was a very lovely hotel but the staff is what made it special. The breakfast was phenomenal because there was a need to order omelette and waffle bar.

Nice room, great breakfast, but possible bedbugs.
Pros:

Good location, parking is easy, room was well appointed, no carpet is a plus

Cons:

I awoke with many bug bites on my chest which were not there before I slept in the bed. I’m not sure what bug got me. Bedbugs?

Pros:

It was good. I don't like that they dont allow us to eat in our rooms. The breakfast area was exsteamly crowded and made me anxious. I don't like eating around other people.

Cons:

My room was dirty : fridge wasn't clean, floors wasn't clean , shower wasn't clean.
My hot tub jets barely worked
My shower did not come with the touch screen controls like I was told it would
My shower head was pathetic and the pressure was almost non existent.
The staff was so rude to me when I told them my room was dirty. And they didn't absolutely NOTHING to try to help me or accommodate me. I called a manager serval times and even a week later have yet to hear from someone about my experience.
